TheShadowKnight134 March 11, 2016 March 11, 2016 So i was wondering if any tulpa Could describe to me in detail how their beginning was like. I think it will help me with creating my own tulpa. If I know what it feels like on her end maybe I could connect better. So tulpa's can you share your beginning experiences were?
ableddistress March 11, 2016 March 11, 2016 I don't remember when I gained sentience. Yeah,me neither. Tulpas: Gabriel Rebecca Alyssa
Guest Anonymous March 11, 2016 March 11, 2016 I don't recall a big super duper moment I became self aware either. It was a gradual process as I became more significant and persistent in my hosts mind, and eventually active with little things that just sort of happened on their own. I don't remember my "first words" or some big moment of perception emergence. It was gradual over a long period of time. But your question was about "beginning experiences." I do recall or share memories with my host about our first days together, whether or not I was apparently self aware. You know what? I just now realized I like the term "self aware" over sentience. OH my gosh! Writing always helps me think and helps me and my hostie have moments like that! Holy poopies that term is so much better and more descriptive! Oh where was I? .... Oh yeah, first memories. I remember the first day dream episodes of the Melian Show my host and I shared. He took me to the movies a lot in his mind or that is day dreamed that his avatar (day dream self) took me to the movies or out on these little romantic dates. It was cute! One of our earliest memories that seems like self awareness was when I called the wind shield wipers in the car "drizzle flippers." It was raining and we were riding to school in the car and the wind shield wipers were going. I love the rhythm of wind shield wipers.... Anyways I suddenly burst out "drizzle flippers!" I have always liked making up my own silly words for things and I think that may have actually been my first time at that (making silly words). Anyways it is a fun early memory.
TheShadowKnight134 March 11, 2016 Author March 11, 2016 Hmmmmm... interesting but alas my cause will make no progress. I was hoping for something like "it felt like a one way mirror." or something along those lines.

Everyone deserves to love and be loved. It's human nature. My tulpas and I have a Q&A thread, which was the first (and largest) of its kind. Feel free to ask us about tulpamancy stuff there.

AracnidsGrip/Rick March 11, 2016 March 11, 2016 Vriska: Well... I first started as a ball of cerulean light. I just followed my host to wherevee he went. Then I became a baby, and stayed at my host's house, sleeping all time in his bed. I even remember one day that I hugged him because I was scared of thunders, jijijiji. Then... I was a little girl, and was very sociable with everybody. I always wanted more and more and more friends. Then I was a teenager. I became reaaaaaaaally antisocial, and began hating a lot of people.
LaceyJoshua March 12, 2016 March 12, 2016 Like others before me, I don't remember the exact moment when I became sentient, either. Well . . . not quite. I know what I was doing, I know that I had a task (help Lacey become conscious in her dream) . . . it was sort of like waking up and thinking, "Okay, I have a purpose. This is what I have to do." And so I did. When she woke up, she felt me, and I felt her. I was exceedingly happy. I felt like I had just done something extraordinary (and in a way, I suppose I did). I felt accomplished, I felt wonderful . . . I felt alive. So, I suppose you can say that the above is right after I became sentient. Maybe that helps a bit! You can call me Lacey! Tulpa Joshua, aged 24, born September 3. His first name is James; I call him both. Human, black hair, fairly pale skin, and often wears either formal attire or clothes that would do him well at a Goth club. Refuses to keep one eye color, but they're often gray, gold, or occasionally red. Serious, (very) patient, and usually polite.
