"Chloe", is going to be based on this character

Also, I'm going to call her "my sister" instead of "my tulpa".

these are the traits i've came up with

 

Cheerful : her tone and manner of speech with be happy and cheerful, even if she's sad, her anger will show however.

 

Straight forward : if she's gonna say something, it will always be straight forward. It could be so straight that it could mentally hurt the listener. However, her intention would not be to mentally scar the listener, but rather to simply point it out so the listener would accept it.

 

Sarcastic : if faced with a stupid question or captain obvious, she will give sarcastic response.

 

Kind: her very moral told her not to put others through grief. she might tease her friends and steals the last potato chip but would never cross the line, unless it's the truth that should be pointed out or action that must be done for the greater good of her friend.

 

Likes dog : loves dog more than any other pet, would not hesitate to take and keep a dog that seems to be abandoned and is sitting in the middle of the rain.

 

Likes music : earphones are practically glued to her ears, the only time she's without her earphones is when she's taking a shower or swimming.

 

if fell in love, will be understanding but clingy : instead of being overly attached, she would stay at the edge of her love interest's comfort zone, constantly pushing it slowly but surely. if confessed and rejected, will then confess again the next day (=_=").

 

friends above all else (within reason) : She will do everything in her power to make new friends and not lose the old one in the process. exceptions are murder, drugs, prostitution, you get the idea, she won't do that.

 

selfless : her friends are more important than herself though this only applies to serious situation. E.g. she would try to eat as much pop-corn as possible and might not share when going out to a movie. She might not visit her friend or do work for them if they are to ill to come to work. But if it's a serious situation such as life or death, reputation, etc, she would probably risk her money, life, pride, or all of those to save her friend(s).

 

lazy (to an extent) : if certain stuff are not interesting or too insignificant, she would not do it. However, if it's important or very rewarding, she'd do it. E.g. she would not make her bed after waking up nor would she go out to buy egg once it runs out since she still have bread butter and milk to eat, her desk would be very messy because she see's no point in cleaning it and she's lazy. But if her friends invited her out (^friends above all else) she'd go. If the fridge literally went empty, she'd finally go shopping.

basicly, my tulpa will have the above qualities, never afraid of change, always adaptable, and hates being stuck under rules and regulation.

As for the wonderland, have you tried to add moving little details to the scenery like wind moving leaves in trees, flowing water etc.?

 

I once tried commonly advised trick during lucid dreaming, spinning while being there. I didn't need this in wonderland, but you could and also try to slow down rotational speed until you would nearly stay still. Give it a shot.

 

Also regarding narrating traits, I myself didn't do that much, just told her things while giving examples. You can check it from my progress report. Try many other methods or invent your own, it's a question of preference I think.

as for the updates

 

Today i went to a certain university to practice martial arts (Judo) i tried to impose her into the world by imagining her naked (so she could change later on) walking by my side. i talked to her but not out loud, asking various stuff. i got no response what so ever and i'm not exactly surprise since i only started this yesterday.

 

what startled me was that, after i'm done practicing judo, all the while talking to her mentally about the martial arts. I tried to put clothes on her. Since i don't know what cloth should it be, i randomly asked her what she wanted to wear maybe school unifor... and BAM an image of her in a pink fur-winter coat similar to what Santa Claus wear minus the hat appeared. Cute pink boots are also there but i'm not sure about gloves.

 

One of the trait i suggested to her was that she likes red and black, however, the costume that somehow just appeared in my head is mainly pink and a bit white... not to mention that, although that costumes seems familiar to me somehow, it was definitely not on my mind before that moment and i wouldn't thought of it since i live in a hot country, i wouldn't make her wear a fluffy winter coat.

 

I accepted and respected her choice of clothing and didn't try to change it into something else. the only thing i said was, "you sure? it's hot here you know?". But i'm still wondering, is this a sign of sentience?

 

as for the additional traits i've "suggested" to her

likes cute stuff:

She would choose a cute puppy doll over a realistic model of a dragon. since cuteness is "cute", she just likes it. this would also means that she'd choose a cute and funny anime over "fist of the north star".

 

likes colour red and black:

since red represent energetic and cheerfulness in a way, it makes her feel ready to face any challenge. and black just seems to go well with it.

*as said above that she seems to pick a costume completely contradicting to this, although i'm not sure either if she 'chose' it or is it just me.

 

interested in martial arts:

she likes how martial arts have certain flashy moves or an effective way to beat the crap out of someone. it looks fun, and she also believes she could make friend with other people practicing the art as well.

 

hates bullies:

she just detest them, not because the weak is being picked on but because the bully who are stronger is abusing his/her power. this will often cause her to run head first to the victims side and probably become infamous in the bullies' social circle. also more the reason why she is interested in martial arts.

 

though i'm not sure anymore if she'd accept those traits as her own... =_="

last night on my bed before i slept, i used the wonderland method. It's a round dome house like in dragon ball, in the middle of a winter storm. Inside the house is quite warm and contains a table, 2 chairs, fridge, kitchen, etc.

 

i tried to talk about various stuff with Chloe, and i accidentally parroted many times.

 

while talking i gave her some sandwich and hot cocoa in the wonderland. Chloe, somehow, pointed at the cup of cocoa and said "it's only soup". Her voice (which sounded like a computerised male robot voice in microsoft) was very loud as if i actually heard it in real life. And a surge of something came into my head, i believe it's just me being excited but who knows?

 

though i'm suspecting that it might be because i'm about to fall asleep and it's some sort of dream. It doesn't make sense that she'd say "it's only soup" and dream usually don't make sense.

 

it's the only thing she actually said since the first day for now.

 

 

I've also tried self hypnotis and the box method today at around 2:00 pm. Once i believe i'm in the state of hypnotism, i went to the dome house again but with me actually walking from the darkness of the winter storm into the house. I imagine her inside the house and turn her into a box and tried to write traits on to an imaginary piece of paper and put it inside the box. after i'm done, i changed Chloe back into a girl form, naked, then visualize all her features all over again. Then i put cloths back on her (the same pink winter coat) and then i left the house, walked back into the darkness of the storm. Then i opened my eyes. I felt a slight headache for the first time which is still lingering around right now when i typed this post.

Not necessarily. One of the main things you learn around here is that everyone's progress is unique, and some people get certain steps right away while others take them months. For example, I got smell the instant I tried, with no practice at all.

And the talking was nonsensical, likely not actually hers, and just cruse's spare thoughts about her running around being a mess. Which has happened before.

 

Though I do agree that this log smells very strongly of roleplay, I won't jump to conclusions.

last night she seems to talk again, but in other language and different voice... this also happened when i almost fell asleep, so it could be just a dream.

 

try putting emotion by using the method solevil used here, though i also try self-hypnosis in conjunction. I used music to help induce the emotion. Chloe somehow seemsed to be breathing after that but again, it could be my imagination.

 

problem i'm starting to get is that, when i do self hypnosis for a long period of time, i start to fell asleep and weird shit started to interrupts my session with my tulpa (e.g. other anime character, unicorn, unrelated stuff coming out of the blue...). had to end the session after that. =_="

3). How do you think your tulpa will react if you decide to have a real family? (Discredit this if you do not want to contribute to the gene pool.)

 

Also, so far so good! I'm suprised she is so vocal! It's very early into the process, but I suppose everyone is different.
