HoZuaH July 28, 2012 July 28, 2012 About tulpa's utility to break certain negative habits, or just habits you don't feel comfortable with. I think something related to it has happened to me: before tulpaforcing (i started with personality and traits, increasing the depth of concentration as much as i could each session) i used to smoke a lot (both tobacco and weed, mostly tobacco though), and not cause i was addicted to it, but cause i wrongly believed i needed it (like placebos), and also some insecurities. Now it's absolutely over. I just don't even think about taking a cigarette or baking. I haven't created my tulpa's personality based on healthy or purely ethical traits neither, but just with her close to me it's fine, i don't feel anxious. Although i still cannot visualize her whole figure properly i'm very able to feel her 'essence'. I also feel a really strong connection with mine, feeling peaceful when she's close. So yeah, i think a tulpa can help to stop some undesired habits, specially when the (emotional) connection is strong. (I already posted this on FB's group: Tunnel Snakes Guild of Tulpaforcing.) ThatOneGuy July 28, 2012 July 28, 2012 Yeah, they can break undesired habits rather easily, given the chance. It would appear that you have first hand experience with that and proof that they can do so. Good job. Orange juice helps with concentration headaches.
Sock July 28, 2012 July 28, 2012 I will second this. My tulpa help me to concentrate on tasks a lot more and will keep other thoughts from bothering me when I'm trying to focus. i just tried it out not too long ago, and was shocked at how effective their assistence really was. They're also helping me to stop negatively internalizing, and dwelling on bad thoughts and past misdeeds. they've been a great more deal of help than anything else I tried to do. Sock Cottonwell's Sketchbook, Journal, and Ask thread. Peace

ThatOneGuy July 28, 2012 July 28, 2012 Good, good. Yet more proof and first hand experiences. Orange juice helps with concentration headaches.
ThatOneGuy July 28, 2012 July 28, 2012 Could be, from a variety of standpoints. Could be a bad thing too, depending on how you look at it. Orange juice helps with concentration headaches.
Pronas July 28, 2012 July 28, 2012 First time i actively used it, i got fucked...... so maybe its not that good ;_____________;
TulpaCouple July 28, 2012 July 28, 2012 Luke is the best coach ever for Nate. He loves helping Nate better himself and is always looking out for him. He loves when Nate takes his suggestions as well. It helps him validate his existence as being worth more than the usual nagging thought in your head to better yourself.
HoZuaH July 28, 2012 Author July 28, 2012 I think that, the more secure you feel about something of your tulpa, the better. If you feel something's wrong, then maybe there's a problem. I'd just keep calm and let it work, see how it goes, and ofc keep in mind your own common sense. There are too many gypsies out there!
