Can tulpas create their own tulpas?

So I'm new here and I'm reading that tulpas are just like us with few exceptions such as not having a body, and with seeing statements such as those I'm wondering if it would be possible for someone's tulpa to be able to create it's own tulpa.

Well, the idea that first comes to mind of a tulpa creating another tulpa on their own probably doesn't involve switching. We can't speak on that matter, though we've seen a few people accomplish it. For us, not that we plan on making another tulpa any time soon, but we don't really have things any of us can do that another can't. That's due to the second half of this post, it's just how we are as a system. So making another tulpa could be a combined effort for all of us, or it could be just Lumi as it was in the past with Lucilyn. I don't see any possible reason the rest of us would exclusively create a tulpa though.
