Vos February 16, 2017 February 16, 2017 Parroting is often seen as a tool to help people that are just starting out, whether it's to help them form a voice for a tulpa, jumpstart their speech, etc., but there are also some people have claimed to create their tulpa(s) through parroting alone. In general, it's difficult to pinpoint what is effective and what's not, seeing as every host is different, but I personally think that it's better to just narrate until your eyes pop out of your head. Try to experiment with as many things as possible - not everything will stick, but you might find methods that work for you. If you're interacting with your tulpa and being consistent with it, active or not, it's good enough, but every bit helps.
tulpa001 February 16, 2017 February 16, 2017 That's plenty of active forcing. I usually recommend a half hour a day of active and two of passive. Host comments in italics. Tulpa's log. Tulpa's guide.

juasjuasie February 16, 2017 Author February 16, 2017 it was a good day. we did the same things as the last to days, i narrated and parroted with her and all that wonderland stuff. however, i was pretty tired today and i got lot's of impulsive thoughts. The only question i have today, those thoughts can slow down my progress with Alexandra? will she misunderstand my feelings to her if i get lot's of those? hey i am a human host. my tulpa is Alexandra and she talks in pink we like to answer questions so don't be shy :)
tulpa001 February 17, 2017 February 17, 2017 Misunderstanding rarely exists between host and tulpa. But it might be worth looking at controlling those thoughts anyway. Host comments in italics. Tulpa's log. Tulpa's guide.
Vos February 17, 2017 February 17, 2017 Sure, they can slow down your progress in that you'd be focusing on the intrusive thoughts more than you would the tulpa, which is detrimental to active sessions. Just try to explain that you're getting interrupted by these and try to ignore them (or use something else to get rid of them, like symbolism) - once that's done, get back to whatever you were doing. There are plenty of threads on this topic, so if you search around, you might find some other solutions.

Alright then. thanks guys. hey i am a human host. my tulpa is Alexandra and she talks in pink we like to answer questions so don't be shy :)
juasjuasie February 18, 2017 Author February 18, 2017 so more of the same i did today and i was walking to the moon in wonderland for some reason my mind made up. We talked and it seems going well. The colour of Alexandra seems to be more and more stable which is good. The conversation seems also more fast and i almost don't need to think too much at all when parroting or forcing to her. the only problem, is that i couldn't force (neither passive or active) as much as the other days. probably because it's Friday. i also found extremely hard forcing while playing videogames. Do you guys have any tips to get better at multitasking? other than that, Alexandra seems to be going well at least. hey i am a human host. my tulpa is Alexandra and she talks in pink we like to answer questions so don't be shy :)
Vos February 18, 2017 February 18, 2017 Playing games is often something that takes a lot of concentration, so it's no surprise that you're not able to interact much with your tulpa while you're doing this. Try to find something that can be used a reminder to pull you back to your parroting or narrating. There aren't really any tips to get better at multitasking - just do it and you'll get better.
tulpa001 February 18, 2017 February 18, 2017 Hmmm... There are people who impose themselves into the television. This is normally done for movies, but I wonder if it would work in some games? Host comments in italics. Tulpa's log. Tulpa's guide.
