They aren't static. My own wings are portals into space, so if I move then so do the stars. Indigo's are a portal of the sky, so his move too.

 

Reminds me of Utsuho. Which means that's cool.

[Apollo Fire]

So, I really want to start learning how to color things better, but also how to draw what I see better. I'm not at all confident in my ability to draw human faces, so I decided to test out an animal face. I found a cat on Google Images, and the lineart didn't turn out all that bad. Probably the best cat I've ever drawn. When I started coloring it, I wasn't entirely sure what I was going for, but then I decided I'd try to go for a painting look, which for me meant a heck of a lot of blurring. I'm not sure how good or bad it turned out, but I think it was a learning experience. I really want to try getting more detail out of my art, this might be a step in the right direction.
