Alexander November 24, 2018 Author November 24, 2018 What!? Red hair is the best, that's why she picked it. Oh and of course it's tied with blue, brown, and pink. Cmon, imho One soul is great, but two is better indeed.
Alexander December 4, 2018 Author December 4, 2018 Well, time goes on, progress is quite small. "Head pressure" have become clearer, Inga's answers more confident and her appearance and wonderland are very stable. But the main problem is voice, basic "Yes", "No", "idk" etc. is not enough anymore and we decided to try sleep deprivation. I guess it's very effective but also dangerous for me. We'll take a risk! By the way, have you tried it for forcing? One soul is great, but two is better indeed.
Breloomancer December 4, 2018 December 4, 2018 The thing about sleep deprivation, is that it doesn't even help you with tulpamancy. Lots of people report that they have more difficulty forcing while tired. So, just don't do it. It looks like you've been working on this for about a month, that's not even all that much time to put into it. So just, keep forcing, and don't cut corners. Alexander December 4, 2018 Author December 4, 2018 people report that they have more difficulty forcing while tired. Well, as a quite interested in physiology, psychology and biology in general I might say the tiredness exists only during the first steps, later on your body kinda adapts to it. And then hallucinations appear - and that's what I'm interested in. The derealisation process, mixing of reality an dream One soul is great, but two is better indeed.
Breloomancer December 4, 2018 December 4, 2018 Yes I realize this, but you're not the first person to attempt this. Out of all the people who I have seen attempt this, it has never helped them I have a tulpa named Miela who I love very much. Venomous December 4, 2018 December 4, 2018 Sleep deprivation has harmed Viper in the past and it wasn't even severe. I'm still unsure if Viper completely recovered from it, but we're back on track and much better. It took us around 2 weeks to recover from it, so I don't recommend it. Sure, each experience is subjective but... Remember also that sleep deprivation has physical consequences too. The body doesn't just 'adapt' to it. The immune system is severely weakened and so is the mental state. Realistically, if you reach the hallucinatory stage, you'll probably see creepy shadows and little dark silhouettes, not what you'd like to see. ~ We are Venny, the host, and Viper, my soul! ~ Click here! Guest December 5, 2018 December 5, 2018 Sleep deprivation of 60+ hours only ever caused visual distortion and dreamworld bleeding into reality. I get that at work just sitting in meetings now, so, unless it leads to a short nap dream it would be pretty ineffective for vocal. I did it about 12 weeks in a row, Friday morning to Sunday night, for two consecutive semesters. Never a single audio hallucination, just walls and curtains breathing, mostly. "Beginning to hallucinate is among the more common symptoms of sleep deprivation. Depending on the length of sleep deprivation, approximately 80 percent of normal people in the population will eventually have hallucinations. Most of these are visual hallucinations." https://www.verywellhealth.com/can-sleep-deprivation-cause-hallucinations-3014669
Flandre December 5, 2018 December 5, 2018 I don't think tulpamancers attempting sleep deprivation hallucination understand what hallucinating entails. Random shadows and movements, blurs and if you're really out of it drifting off, maybe you get relatively uncontrollable mental (so, like visualization or dreaming) hallucinations which you can already easily get from hypnagogia and hypnopompia, much more healthily. I mean if you're vaguely interested just to see what hallucinating random tidbits of visual fluff is like, go ahead. But if you're in it for anything remotely tulpamancy related, I highly recommend not wasting your time. Put that effort towards dream recall and hypnagogic/hypnopompic states (visualization much more controllable and borders on lucid dreaming), or meditation and real visualization (do I really need to say?). If you've got this idea that you're going to hallucinate entire interactions like from a cartoon, you're way off. Those "hallucinations", which won't be of your tulpa (probably), will be more akin to daydreaming than imposition. Hi. I'm one of Luminesce's tulpas. Unlike the others, I don't think I stand out too much from him personality wise. I'm just special because "I'm a tulpa". So I don't think I've much to offer, here. I'm happy enough to just be with him. Ask us stuff - https://community.tulpa.info/thread-ask-lumi-s-tulpas
Alexander December 24, 2018 Author December 24, 2018 Well, yes, thanks to all of you guys for preventing me from doing such a thing. I've decided to learn lucid dreaming and do stuff there. There are some problems with my vision (kinda uncontrollable) but there is also a huge progress with Inga. She told me a story. A very impressive one, about me. It will take me some time to translate it into English. Now her voice is quite clear and stable One soul is great, but two is better indeed.
