Redacted System March 4, 2019 March 4, 2019 If I go out there, there's no way to stop one of them from licking like mad. This is the one who tries to lick the electric razors, by the way. Another one just snarls and the other one is friendly. Except she's often pushed away by the one who just wants to lick everything.

Jamie March 4, 2019 March 4, 2019 I know there's an ick-factor, but to me it's not much different than feeding cats and dogs food made from animals. Even the bigger snakes I've seen, they're often fed frozen mice, thawed to room temp before serving. All snakes are carnivores and I don't think they make snake kibble, but several types of the smaller snakes eat insects and worms. If handling freeze-dried bugs isn't an issue, I hear Brown Snakes make good pets. Here's more about them. It also says, you can establish worms in the terrarium, and that'll allow the snakes to hunt.
