I keep seeing this referenced. Where can I find it?

Guide's section of the forums.

Thanks to both of you.

I generally agree with a lot of the criticism it got. However, I'll probably try out the sensory practices.

"If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be."

That's a shame. Tuppers can be created in any way. Problems are only problems if you make them out to be so.

There's some stuff to write about visualizing faces, practicing early possession to help touching, performing some simple self-hypnosis to help with the senses, and listening to the tupper's voice when it talks without expecting the next word as a means of letting the tupper speak more freely from parroting. Supposing a PM to a moderator will be in order to edit in the new version soon enough.

Yeah, I'm not trying to say it's wrong or anything. Just not the method I'd prefer, even though I honestly think it might expedite the process.

Of course it does. That's why it was written, so people can see that there's a much more effective way of accomplishing the goal we hopefully all have here.

I actually started doing a bunch of stuff that guide mentions before I even read it, just kinda seemed like it would work better for me that way. I also throw in some stuff from the guides and some stuff other people have mentioned around here too.

Whatever is most comfortable is usually the way to go.

I didn't really force a personality on my tulpa, I merely sat down with him and explained some traits I liked and what they do and so on. I "gave" them to him, but he's free to discard them or whatever. So yeah, I did sort of like what Pronas did.
