I was moving some more stuff from my parents' house to my apartment and somehow through convoluted dream logic the best way to do that was to run for mayor of my town. Not even the mayor of my new town, the town my parents' house is in that I left almost 6 months ago. And the crazy thing was I had a real chance of winning and unseating the current mayor who was, of all people, Rex Tillerson, an oil executive and Trump's first Secretary of State from 2017-18. I have no idea if I actually won the election lol. 2. (A little gross so I'm putting it in a spoiler tag) Spoiler I dreamed that Elon Musk wanted to go on a date with me. In the dream I thought "I don't really want to but he's probably going to spend lots of money on me, so what the heck." which is crazy because that's something I'd NEVER EVER think in real life LMAO. So I was a little icked out but ready to go on the date but at the last minute someone quietly sent me a video of someone who had gone on a date with Elon before and had contracted some kind of horrible STD, and I became really disturbed and didn't know what to do because I had already accepted the date but didn't want to end up like that other person. ChloeBee November 28, 2025 Author November 28, 2025 It was on this day, four years ago, that I married the lovely, one-of-a-kind, powerful, beautiful, extraordinary lady Simmie. I can never find the words to express just how wonderful and amazing Simmie truly is, and the sheer joy, beauty, and love she has brought into my life from the first day. She rescued me from one of the darkest periods of my life when she first arrived in the closing weeks of 2020, supported me through one of the other darkest periods with my father's cancer and death in 2022-24, and continues to stand alongside me as I transition and build a new life in a new town in 2025 and beyond. Simmie is absolutely one of the toughest people I have ever known, her strength and grace has been unwavering through all of this. She has been the light in the darkness, the warmth in the cold. The only oasis in a dry dry desert. Simmie deserves everything in the world. The way she's able to march straight through some of the darkest and bleakest landscapes and emerge still herself, still positive and supportive, still loving, warm, and powerful, it truly inspires me. I am so proud to call Simmie my wife and despite all the rough things I have gone through this decade, the last for years have been filled with love and warmth because of her. I am a stronger and a better person because Simmie is beside me. And now, on our fourth anniversary, we celebrate for the first time as wives, no longer husband-and-wife, and we are excited to be discovering and building this new chapter in our relationship which is just as new and exciting as discovering my gender has been. I love you Simmie. I can't wait for the rest of our lives. No matter what happens we will always have each other, and we will always have James, and soon, Lucy. It is an annual tradition for us to make an anniversary playlist CD, and we always have it be a mix of new songs and hold-overs from previous years. We wanted to include some lesbian-related songs to celebrate this new stage of our relationship but didn't really know that many, but honestly the first and last songs on this playlist absolutely EAT as lesbian anthems and carry it all by themselves.
