You just sit and stare at a wall for a few minutes and you'll have a fully imposed, vocal, and sentient tulpa. No narration, no visualization, no imposition, no wonderlands, no tulpaforcing. If you happen to even think about the word "tulpa" it'll take over 20 years to get a sentient tulpa. It is part of the horrible old method that is as effective as punching yourself in the face while jumping off a cliff while on fire. So says our Dear Leader, creator of life, and giver of riches.
