Both know what they're talking about and make well-thought-out posts when they have something useful to say, and I haven't seen any shitposting from either. Bluesleeve is really strong on the scientific view of tulpae, and I like his tumblr. ThatOneGuy is one of the few people here who take a more paranormal view and can actually back it up decently.
