I agree with keeping opinions on what guides work and the like should be kept out of it, but saying no to theories is throwing out the entire research board and I think some of the articles. Not that people ever conclude their research anyway. No. It's completely fine to come up with new theories and methods, but it's not completely fine to shove them down every new member's throat as if it's the ONLY method there is, as with this new "3 day" method.

Pleeb September 7, 2012 September 7, 2012 This 'centralized method' isn't even a method, and these very members we're asking to ignore hourcounts, we're also letting them use dane's guide. We're also going to retire the guides, but retire them to a wiki -- all of them. What will be instead added, is broad, generalized, unbiased overviews explaining the different aspects of the process; refer to how Dreamviews does it. The only advice we're giving right now is not, "Don't use the guides, don't use this, don't use that" it's "Stop counting hours, don't hold yourself to those hourcounts, believe your tulpa is sentient from the start.
