New update and a couple changes

We had to update the server from one version of php to another, and it took longer than expected.  We also had to update the forum itself, which took slightly quicker.

 

But a couple other big announcements:

 

We are testing a new guide system!  We are retiring the GAT and moving to community-based voting system; please see this board for more details:

We moved the old GAT board to our Archive section at the bottom of this forum for posterity, and also moved the old archived Off Topic board to that section too.
