Guest Anonymous May 25, 2012 May 25, 2012 Pretty clear, do to the simplicity of her. I need to work on the hair, touch and smell though.
Amped May 25, 2012 May 25, 2012 I've always had god awful imagining skills, but I think I'm starting to get a full picture in my head.
FigN01 May 25, 2012 May 25, 2012 I'm an artist too, and since I had developed this character for 2 years before tulpaforcing, my mental image started off very strong. If I thought about it, I could picture minute details of his body, but in general, I picture the form as a whole. I expect that as I get used to having his presence around me that I'll notice the finer detail more and more until he's fully imposed.
Avalanche May 25, 2012 May 25, 2012 I had a general, base concept idea of what my tulpa's form would be like, but that's all I have chosen on the subject so far. I'm going to do the form after the personality, or after about 12 hours of personality forcing. The base form I have is pretty vivid in my minds eye, I could probably draw it without a reference like. When it get's to actually forming a body for my tulpa, I will leave most of it up to deviation, but I hope to restrict it to stay close to the base form I chose. I would be interested in reading your blog and especially looking at your pics man. frt
tulpatalk May 25, 2012 May 25, 2012 Not detailed at all. Granted, I haven't started proper visualization. [Note: Opinions]
Citizen Anon May 25, 2012 May 25, 2012 I've only done a few hours of visualization to get an idea of what the tulpa looks like, to make it easier to narrate personality to her Once she becomes sentient, we'll finish working on her form together. I think it'll be easier that way Name: Lyra Form: http://i.imgur.com/JjMxK.jpg Sentience: Emotional responses, occasional brief vocalization Currently doing: Personality & narration
ThatOneGuy May 25, 2012 May 25, 2012 When I worked on detail, I did individual things first that sort of blended together into one whole. I started doing details like eyes and hair, then I got those on a head, then I moved on to the body and visualized each detail there until eventually I had every little detail worked out and they all formed a single thing. Orange juice helps with concentration headaches.
Semi-Nomadic May 25, 2012 May 25, 2012 His old body is pretty much perfectly visualized, but then again, it's little more than a sphere with a single eye. His new body is easier than expected (I've designed it a month or so ago), but still a little tough; the body proportions are the main problem. Legs keep becoming too long and too thin. Yeah, it's a pony.
Guest May 26, 2012 May 26, 2012 I mostly see her face. Body and clothing varies a bit. It's not very detailed yet, but then again, I'm not specifically working on visuals right now, either.
Avalanche May 26, 2012 May 26, 2012 I'm 8 hours in and I think my tulpa is starting to deviate. I started with a base form that was just going to be a very rough template of where I wanted my tulpa to start off with. I wasn't going to do the form until I was finished with the personality, or I was hoping it would do itself during the personality creation process. It seems that my tulpa has started deviating from the base form, hair has changed to a different style slightly. That's really just it so far, although I did have a dream where I saw some very nice eye colours (dream wasn't about my tulpa) so I will probably encourage those eyes to form. I don't think I forced the change, as I wasn't trying to interfere with my tulpas form at this stage. frt
