I've heard of it and I don't get how to do it. I've read the guide and everything.

The point is relaxation. You accomplish this primarily by telling yourself that you're relaxed.

Looks pretty useful. Will try it sometime.

On another note, there's an awful lot of tulpa statuses(stati?) in the signatures now for some reason. Oh well. I suppose I'll just fill in my info as well.

Hypnosis IS meditation, and it all under your control. Even stage hypnosis is self hypnosis, your subconscious makes the decision to do things.

Do you think about where you are going when you walk to the kitchen? Probably not. You are probably thinking about other things, like that you are hungry or that you have a headache. Or driving a car without even thinking because you know the path so well. That is part of hypnosis. Wanting to get something when you see a commercial is through hypnosis as well. It's the same stuff as meditation and anything that deals with the subconscious. You are just getting as relaxed as possible so the subconscious is able to listen.

And being in trance is actually not what you'd expect. You will start to feel as if you are dosing off, but then you will have a surge of 'awake' when you reach a deeper trance. You know how your mind won't 'shut up' when you are laying in bed? You start to fall in a light trance as you fall asleep--your body is rested and there are few outside sounds, etc. all perfect for the subconscious to become active and thoughtful.

Don't think of hypnosis as anything different than meditation. The only difference is usually what the goals are. For example, meditation is generally the word used when people are seeking some kind of spiritual enlightenment or whatever while hypnosis is used to help people through problems.

The basic keys to remember about hypnosis is that all it is is really learning how to speak to your subconscious which only responds in certain ways.

>the subconscious has no concept of time or becoming things

So, let's say you were using self hypnosis to study more often.

"I will become a better student" doesn't doesn't do shit. Your subconscious doesn't work in "later" or "Over time", it is or it isn't.

"I am a good student" is better. You are telling the subconscious what it is, and it therefore will believe you and behave that way with conditioning(aka saying this a lot)

Sound familiar? A lot like talking to a tulpa at first, or like when people tell you to look in the mirror every day telling you to like yourself. It's all meditation/self hypnosis.

>The subconscious works based on patterns

This is why if you listen to induction files, they often use similarities to get the mind to fall into trance. "Just like the feeling of your legs being covered in warm sand, right now you feel relaxed and warm, and you know you are more relaxed now, and with every moment you feel more and more relaxed"

This is how advertising works and how habits form or even beliefs form. Do something enough or see it enough and your mind agrees with it. It's 'normal' and accepted as such.

It's all really cool. Hypnosis can even effect the body in ways you wouldn't expect. There was a study done in the thirties where every time the scientist said "contract", a light would turn on in front of the subjects eyes. In less than a day the subjects were conditioned to the word "contract", and even if there was no light present the pupils would contract as if a light had turned on. It's pretty interesting and I would love to study how the body reacts to a tulpa and if any other physical reactions happen near them due to the conditioning of the mind to accept their presence.

This is exactly what I thought back when I developed my method for self-hypnosis when I was still "fledging out" the personality for Pinkie. Instead of saying shit like it's "probably going to happen sometime" (her traits), say it like it's happening already. Definitely helps a lot.

What should i tell to my subconscious when trying to self hypnotize in case of creating tulpa?

How the tupper is like, e.g. "You are funny."

I will never stop using funny as an example.

The actual guide is not OP's own, we can't rate it.

There's some meat in the post that is written by a guest, again not something by the one who started this thread and no one asked if the guest was fine with that being added to the first post... And well the entire thing is full of >the subconscious, though it does have some good points.

Still, this entire thread to me is more General Discussion material than guide material. Or possibly even Q&A. The OP asked a question, provided some info he found elsewhere and others have been answering.

The THE SUBCONCIOUS ochinchin occultists frt.sys (except Roswell because he doesn't want to be a part of it)
