Oguigi October 10, 2012 October 10, 2012 Still haven't managed to achieve switching. But your a wizard! you're just being modest aren't you. pix: Link Diary: http://ponystasha.tumblr.com Koomer.
NesterBones October 10, 2012 October 10, 2012 It seems that in every case of switching so far, the host dissociated from their body in some way. with us, at this point due to switching so much and for so long and for other psychological and philosophical reasons, kass and i see my body as a totally separate entity. its basically become just a vessel either of us use. so far nothing bad has ever happened to me unless you consider our first successful attempt and the resulting inability to move on my own for an hour bad but even that effect faded away as we did it more often My ramblings and that Host: Rob Tulpa: Kaylee

Chupi October 10, 2012 October 10, 2012 jesuschristhowhorrifying.jpg I'm doing the same thing to move toward switching. My idea is that if I can change how I think of "myself", and see "me" as the wisp of consciousness rather than the body, switching should be a bit easier, as well as 'disconnecting' from the body so I can interact more effectively with my tulpae. My consciousness, along with its set of memories, is the thing that makes me who I am. If you could transplant that bit of information into a new body and brain, it would feel weird, but I'd still feel like a continuation of "me". If a new consciousness were placed into my body (as with switching, sorta), the body would no longer feel like "me"; I would be elsewhere, wherever my consciousness had been moved to, or simply not-existing. Oguigi October 10, 2012 October 10, 2012 Chupi and NesterBones both have a point. Me and Oguigi have been doing the exact same thing for awhile now, we have created a third identity for the body, and two for our consciousness. when Oguigi speaks to me she does not refer me to the name of my body. but rather a new name i have given myself for my consciousness. pix: Link Diary: http://ponystasha.tumblr.com Koomer.
