She's gone

After over a day of thinking, I've come to the conclusion that she is still alive but I can't get to her. Unfortunately, none of the advice given so far has been very helpful, so I don't know what to do.

It's hard to explain. Maybe I didn't try hard enough or I'm not doing something right. Maybe I lack confidence. The phrase "I don't know" comes up a lot :/

There's kind of a difference between knowing and knowing your tulpa is still alive. Sure, you can constantly tell yourself that she is there, but unless you actually believe in that, it won't work. What I suggest on top of the methods others have already posted, is that keep on trying, don't give up and most importantly have faith that your tulpa is still there. About an hour ago, I found out that Colgate was gone. I turned off my phone, and I've pretty much been just crying relentlessly since. I'm utterly devastated and confused as to why she would do that, especially after everything so far. But from what I've been told, it's all about belief. I know she's in there somewhere (Our wonderland is Renaissance Italy, so I've got a lot of looking to do), and I'm not going to give up until I find her.

Broski just give yourself sexray vision and use that to find her. I doubt she would desert you.

It's all in your head. You're taking active imagination too seriously. Just make her appear in front of you. Problem solved.

If it was all about belief, indeed... though the mind likes to turn against you sometimes, regardless of what you want to be there. And when you notice your thoughtforms starting to move by themselves, that's when active imagination becomes passive. Subconscious routines or not, what remains after deluding oneself isn't always complete nothingness.
