Therefor, he could tell me what's behind the bookshelf, while I'm across the room, or whatever. Him being able to move objects would be pretty cool, as well. Also, on your list is "If they could show up in mirrors". Well; they can. "If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be.
