tulpauser February 1, 2013 February 1, 2013 Nothing like this has happened to me, but a far-fetched(ish) idea popped into my mind just a few minutes ago. Have you ever blacked out? Passed out, and woken up a hundred kilometers away, missing your shirt and covered in a mysterious blue substance? Or maybe something on a smaller scale? Well, I was thinking-would it ever be possible to black out, or fall asleep (mentally), I guess, while your tulpa was possessing you? I was thinking that if such a thing happened, would your tulpa be able to control your body completely without you? Or is their consciousness tied directly to yours? Or, in alcohol related blackouts, would your tulpa forget what they did or said during that time? Would they be able to tell you what you did in the period where your memory is blank?
Guest EnnervateIndustries February 1, 2013 February 1, 2013 Unconsciousness implies a lack of responsiveness and minimal brain activity. Basically (as I see it) it would be like trying to run programs on a computer that is turned off. A blackout might be different, maybe something with switching. I'm not exactly knowledgeable in switching, though.
Knapp February 1, 2013 February 1, 2013 Atasco and Tristan came to mind, doesn't Atasco take over if Tristan "blacks out"? Name: Philip Age: (7 June, 2012) Form: Male teenage human, light brown hair, green eyes, jeans & hoodie Name: Amalia Age: (15 Dec, 2012) Form: Female teenage fairy, black hair, blue eyes, white dress
Chupi February 1, 2013 February 1, 2013 I've heard of other cases of tulpae possessing while the host sleeps as well. Honestly, given switching, it's not that far-fetched. Most of us have observed a sleeping or unconscious tulpa while we're awake. This is just the other way round, with the tulpa in the body and you in a tulpa-like state. Sands February 1, 2013 February 1, 2013 Oh yeah. My first switch was basically me just starting to ignore everything way too much while he was in control, so I just simply zoned out. Like I was totally unconscious. It's actually dangerously simple to do once you've been doing a lot of possession and feel your body less and less as you're not in control. Things can just slip away if you don't concentrate on actually feeling the things. That is, if something boring is happening, it is easier when you actually have something interesting to watch. So yeah, woke up some time later, I was confused and had no idea what had been going on, but the memories did slowly come back from Roswell. Feel as fake as fake memories can, but hey, didn't have anything else to fill in the blanks, so maybe it was what actually happened. I wouldn't know. As for sleeping, sometimes I have woken up and noticed I am not the body. Still been in bed, but not in control. Asking Roswell about it only resulted in a "oh, you woke up". And then we decided to go back to sleep, only for that same thing to happen a few times again that very night and the few following ones. Silly tuppers doing silly things. Apparently I wake up too easily. The THE SUBCONCIOUS ochinchin occultists frt.sys (except Roswell because he doesn't want to be a part of it)
Nobillis February 2, 2013 February 2, 2013 All right, I'll answer your question if you'll agree not to freak out. Otherwise stop reading now! I blacked out once, approximately 1983. Nope, didn't lose any time or memories. I most likely would have fallen over the railing and been injured if I didn't have a tulpa. My (young) tulpa Nobillis forgets to feed the body when she is possessing. If she does forget then eventually she passes out and I take over. That's basically the reverse of what you asked isn't it? Can my tulpa control my body without me? I have the Watchdog tulpas drive me home in the car when I'm too tired to drive - so that would be a "yes". It is fascinating to see your hands drive the car without you having to think about it. Fair enough? O.k. then. - Kevin (a human) Please consider supporting Tulpa.info.
Onicron February 2, 2013 February 2, 2013 I was as you say "blacked out" for three days last month. Shai was lonely and Telk changed my body's hairstyle to a mohawk of all things.. I had to rewind the memories to when the blackout started and play them all to know what they were up to during my "vacation". The memories are not mine but they did a really good job dealing with real life. Shai Age: 420 days (6th Nov) Form: Fluttershy minus the cutie mark and with yellow eyes Telk Age: 364 days Form: Ninth Doctor or a Dalek Cherry Age: 231 days Form: Human female, medium length dark violet hair, late teen/ young adult http://onicron.tumblr.com/
