Lately, I've been doing the image streaming thing without having to do the exercises, but I am planning on doing 1 hour or even 2 hours a day if I can for 6 out of 7 days before I start developing other techniques. I'm noticing I'm becoming more aware in my dreams, having more vivid lucid dreams, and just being able to visualize, think, and plan things ahead of time a little better.

Also starting to hear theme songs, game music, etc. a lot better as well. They're coming off as random, which is what the exercise would do, but it's easy to let them stop for a bit when I just start thinking and not wanting them to come by as much.

As for Eva, well, she and Ada are pretty much easy to imagine in my mind's eye, and I've noticed Eva took some liking towards a particular form I saw on deviantart here:

http://magion02.deviantart.com/art/Perfect-Knight-380360040

Of course, she's been going through many forms since the beginning, but she's had the default form I wanted her to be in as well, and Ada seems to be doing the same. I'll just let them decide on what they want, and they're free to mix around as much as they can. Doing more research on other methods for concentration and all that that seem to be derived from image streaming. So it's going to take some time scavenging through some books and e-books and find some application towards tulpa-related activities.

Day 306 - 8/29/2013

This was meant for yesterday obviously, but I decided to watch some movies with Eva during that time before I could upload the recording of the tulpaforcing session I did with image streaming.

I noticed that Eva is moving a lot more fluidly and she's looks more realistic and vivid. I decided to really push for trying to take my time with sensory details, and things came by pretty naturally and I was pretty much relaxed throughout the whole session.

Might do another 90 minutes of forcing today, or even two sessions of 90 minutes today. Even when just going through the transcript again, her movements are easier to grasp and see in the mind's eye. Just going to keep things up and post more recordings. I noticed how I can grab a lot of previous memories of other sessions as well, and I'm noticing her behavior is clear to me as well.

I can't wait to try another session today, but will update that later on.

Day 307 8/30/2013

Forced for one hour yesterday,

During the tulpaforcing session, things were going okay, was able to get relaxed pretty quick. But in the end, I started to feel a little sleepy, most likely because I didn't sleep early the previous night of this specific log. Either way, visualization is continuing to be pretty good.

Then after that session, I believe I decided to take the nap, but then something weird happens. Usually I would be able to hear the sounds around me, but then things felt as if I was listening to some sounds you would hear in a conch shell. I closed my eyes for a bit and started talking to Eva, then she makes a noticeable difference in her mind-voice. She told me through auditory imposition of,

"I'll be fine."

Most likely because of the phrase I was helping her state to me whenever I would look on my wrist with a marker stating "EVA." After that I decided to take a nap, and after waking up, just went to passive narration while doing other things.

Day 316 --- 9/8/13

Yesterday I narrated/forced/whatever for 2 hours. I had the intention to go for 5 hours, but that would be mental suicide after the mindfuck I went through in those two hours.

Anyway, for the first session here:

[video=youtube]

Transcript can be found here (Note I did this with my eyes closed, so I apologize if some words don't make sense. Anyway, the alpha binaural beat itself is really starting to kick in, and it's pretty much a given that as long as I listen to the beat in the background for about an hour (maybe even 30 minutes, but I don't want to do 30 minutes unless I had no other option) the effects will kick in.

When I close my eyes and type as usual, the imagery is coming by much faster to the point where it's a matter of training myself to type faster and describe things faster without having to backspace and try to edit things with my eyes closed. Other than that, Eva continues to sustain her livelihood during this mental imagery.

Now for the second session, which I did after a 30-45 minute break from the previous one above in this post, that's where things really started getting fun.

[video=youtube]

Transcript Here

I decided to try the Adderall Beat, and even though it was my first time using that binaural beat, I think I might start using it more than the alpha simply because I felt more relaxed and concentrated and the noise compared to the Alpha Binuaral beat was more soothing for me. Of course, I still have to improve my ability to describe things better as always, but that's obviously something that will be on-going no matter how good I get.

Eva got herself into a situation where she met Ada, which is a first in my narration/tulpaforcing sessions. Actually scratch that, it's the second time I believe because I remember doing a music association exercise weeks ago that involved me, Eva, and Ada walking around in a beach in the rain.

Started to talk to Ada after the session on a presumed hobby she picked up on, apparently she makes robots or likes doing mechanical things or things relating to building and all that. Of course, maybe that's just a trait that was conjured up, but I won't shut down that window of opportunity that Ada might like to personally do. I've noticed that the more I do these exercises, what was considered mundane suddenly has some meaning, as if I get closer and closer to understanding Eva and Ada to most of their entirety of their being.

And because 1 hour of image streaming, or mental imagery streaming to some is exhausting, doing another hour, or a better yet 1 hour and 10 minutes more of the same thing can REALLY exhaust a person. Simply because as the mind is showing more thoughts unconsciously, consciously describing them and learning how to not get lost into the sensations and keep typing is a challenge.

My thinking is getting a lot better, and I find myself getting into trances of many things when talking to Eva and Ada. Their mind-voice is getting so much better, maybe not significant, since I'm just imagining their image more, but I do get this weird sensation when talking to them purely through mind-voice (and occasional utterance of my physical voice).

It's a sensation where I feel as if I'm warped, imagining a gray, black, milky and dreamy type of atmosphere and any question that I ask or anything I talk about with them, Eva's and Ada's voices are slightly echoing, but not enough to where it feels weird.

Anyway, anyone that may be doing the narration stuff with the image streaming and all, if you're going to go beyond an hour, as in two hours, do make sure that you have decent nutrition or just something to eat in advance.

This is a serious mental activity that you don't want to be passing out on, and you may find yourself wanting to take a nap as well. That's what happens when you're pushing your brain to become better and make those connections to get better at this. Never skip sleep, you may be able to endure it and be hardcore with the all-nighters, but just know sleep debt will creep up on you.

Day 345

Narrated for ~104 minutes today. Speeding up these videos as well. The quality is shit, but it should get up to 720p, like it really even matters.

[video=youtube]

Transcript: http://pastebin.com/ddTcARfa

Disclaimer: eyes were closed doing this, forgive me for the spelling errors and all that.

5,858 words in ~104 Minutes for today? fml.

Anyway, had to put off active forcing for a month (or precisely 29 days). Had multiple lucid dreams that came by naturally. Dream recall is definitely higher than before, but I'm too lazy to put time into them. Scary part is that I don't have to worry about opening my real eyes in waking life.

I wanted to go for at least 2 hours, but after the next session, I could only go for 44 minutes because I was just bleh. Also planning to go over some sensory words found here:

www.waunakee.k12.wi.us/faculty/lcarothers/.../Sensory%20Words.pdf‎

I'm stopping a bit too often while describing, but I'll get back up to speed if I can go back to 2 hours of forcing a day, or 3-5 hours of forcing a day. I'll have to wake up early for this....just depends on how vivid I want to see Eva and Ada, but that's an understatement, they're already too vivid.

Despite of the month off, the visualization is pretty consistent with doing mind's eye. I just need to be aware of my breathing, realized I get tensed up a lot when all these images flash before me.

Oh and Eva decided to take the narrative for once! Yay for not being just a spectator!

Somehow I managed to get Eva and Ada into this, we just seemed to be going towards an infinite space or something.

I better start adding up these minutes up later on.

2x 60 Minute Sessions

Transcripts

Session #1: http://pastebin.com/feBaxQzC

Session #2: http://pastebin.com/5cWVxtL5

  • Decided to use a different binaural beat instead of the one on i-Doser. Downloaded the beat here:

    I only used it a few times so far, but I feel this 10Hz makes me feel more at ease, which means I can possibly go for 90 minute sessions. It's probably the other pulse that's included that makes me feel like I want to do more narration. Made sure I was in a proper typing position, wouldn't want to get carpal tunnel syndrome or something.

  • Although concentration wasn't hard for me, I seemed to be very enticed by the visualizations during the closed eyed forcing and narration. Feels similar to having the type of lucid dream if I were to take a nap in the late morning or afternoon. That's a good thing. Had a few lucid dreams, but too lazy to write them up, but can easily recall them later on, just not in great detail most likely.

  • Session #1 was very interesting, somehow I got myself into Zelda theme, probably because of the compass, map, and chest in the beginning. I didn't really have any initiative here (and for the other session) other than to just let my mind go loose. I'm glad that I'm not having to worry about the images, clips, etc. picking up to speed after putting this off for like a month.

  • Session #2 involved Ada and Eva. First it started out with Eva on a ship, talking to a pirate and all that fun stuff. Concentration was much better for this session, though I can't really gauge what's "better" or not since I'm just more into getting as much content described as possible.

  • I can state that I thoroughly enjoyed this session, and I seem to be making a breakthrough with the alpha binaural beat.

Day 347: October 9th

Only did 45 Minutes of Narration and Tulpaforcing

Transcript: http://pastebin.com/kUxpHfx2

  • This one felt rushed for some reason, probably because I was worried about at least getting some narration and forcing down for the day.

  • Found myself repeating some things a bit, probably because I was busy trying to process one area in the closed eyed forcing session and then forgetting I stated the other already.

Might try to go for 3 hours of narration and forcing tomorrow (or today actually since it's like 1:21 AM for my timezone).

If anything, at least 60 minutes.

Other than that, visualization is pretty consistent along with concentration. I just have to get myself to just do these things and they turn out just fine.

Day 348 - October 10th

60 Minutes of Narration and Forcing

[video=youtube]

Transcript: http://pastebin.com/RmAnUsDP

About 4,009 words

  • Things are getting a bit more symbolic now, or at least Eva and Ada are saying certain things about their image.

  • Visualization is good
  • Noticed that I should start developing a habit to do more than just colors and such, but I know I will improve on this. Just have to keep sticking to this habit.

  • I think I may make a hypnosis script for myself to read that will be short and concise to add on to this routine of narrating and visualizing

  • Researched more isochronic and binaural beats, wanted to find ones that are close to Theta waves and all that. Apparently this would help for deeper meditation, and I feel that because I've grown accustomed to the alpha binuaral beats, I can have better concentration if I were to use a Theta state despite of potentially falling into sleep or a pause.

Day 349 - October 11th

Did 120 Minutes of Narration and Forcing

[video=youtube]

Transcripts:

Session #1: http://pastebin.com/7sLVh3HP About 3,637 words

Session #2: http://pastebin.com/1mn6yFyJ About 3,521 words

  • I hur durr near the end of the session, had my eyes closed along with wearing a sleeping mask, and the information I typed was like "dFasdfa" basically. So I edited that out, but it's apparent on the video recording. It's things like this that makes me worry if I would record a whole hour or even more of typing nothing if I wasn't so sporadic with typing so fast.

    Maybe I should find some other program that might imitate a typewriter to prevent the cursor from going up and click a previously entered text--or maybe not

  • Visualization is good, no worries there

Pro-tip: If forcing for quite some time, breathing slower is crucial, it's very easy to get tensed up and not be aware of how fast you're breathing. I know, captain obvious.

Day 350 - October 12th

Day 351 - October 13th

Took a break from forcing these two days:

Tried possession while listening to some random stuff, managed to get Eva to move my right hand and arm. They felt like static, or numb I should say, not really an aspect of forcing I really care too much on, it just happens when it happens.

Total from Monday October 7th 2013 to Sunday October 13th 2013:

7.43 Hours of Forcing / 445.8 Minutes of Forcing

Day 352 - Monday October 14th

Decided to get serious, attempted 3 hours of tulpaforcing+narration in one sitting: SUCCESS (had to take a minute break because something was bothering me)

[video=youtube]

Transcript: http://pastebin.com/D5BibCcE

9,688 words

  • I never thought I could force for that long, I guess those 60 minutes to 90 minute forcing sessions definitely helped with me concentrating better.

  • I'm planning to wake up earlier so I can do more 3 hour sessions and build up a little bit

  • , and I think this is the one that I'm going to have a go with.

  • Visualization definitely increased in vividness, especially giving more time to let the mind format everything and all. Eva was extremely fluid. I had to open my eyes every now and then and then close them back quickly to make sure I was still typing on the word document.

    Started getting hallucinatory effects whenever I opened my eyes, my laptop screen would distort like crazy. And the Theta Isochronic beat definitely made me want to sleep at times, could feel my body tingling and such that would be akin to a common WBTB+ LD technique attempt.

    Absolutely loved every single bit of this forcing session. I will aim to do another 3 hours tomorrow, going to take a break for the rest of the day, even though I can do more.

  • Eva definitely showed certain parts of herself I never knew existed

Day 353 - Tuesday October 15th

Tried to do another 3 hours, but only did 86 Minutes.

[video=youtube]

http://pastebin.com/W2pnw1PP

5,018 words

  • My mind is really starting to develop large imagery, I can't even keep up! That's a good thing, something to work for.

  • It almost feels as if I'm entering the dream state, it feels weird, it's just hard to describe. I can feel myself being pulled into the environment at times. I think I may try this out in a WBTB+ Lucid Dreaming Technique later on in the future.

  • Going to look up on Win Wenger's image streaming site, starting to see how the "back-up procedures" or methods for "starting" things out makes sense. I usually find myself visualizing Eva and/or Ada in a void or a grassy hills with a sunset.

Day 354 - Wednesday October 16th

No forcing for today. Might attempt another 3 hours tomorrow.
