So I decided to make a log for me and my tulpae (I have one now, but this is just in case I decide to create more). I've made a workbook on another forum, but this one makes me feel more at home, so I'll be transcending from this one to the other.

 

Anyway, my tulpa's name is Eva.

 

I'm trying to base her from blondes that made some kind of impact to me in my dreams, mostly the Eva counterpart from MGS3, and then there's another blonde by the name of Catherine. I'm wondering if I should delegate these two models into two tulpa, but I figured I should start with Eva first.

 

I've also started to think about another tulpa as well by the name of Ada, because again, dream figures that showed up in my dreams constantly now.

 

Anyway, I've been attempting to tulpaforge with her since last year of October. It's mostly been random things like simple meditation and then self-hypnosis, and trying to do the latter consistently for some kind of result.

 

I guess I'll report later on, going to study for Organic Chemistry with Eva I guess.

I'm experimenting with a tutorial on this forum called "[tutorial]THE VOICE" or something like that. I basically got a sound clip of the voice I wanted Eva to utilize, and I've been doing this since yesterday. Things are going fairly well, and I just finished making a review of 3 chapters I'm cramming for with Eva for my Biology exam tomorrow.

 

I started to watch random videos that I picked up from this forum from user's posting YouTube videos and all that. Noticed that Eva is able to quickly give me some random imagery of specific things I want to talk about. I shouldn't say random because she's generally giving me a very specific imagery of what's being portrayed.

 

She made a 100% on a Self-Test I made for Biology on Quizlet. I'm really proud of her, and with both of our efforts, we can definitely perform well on the exam tomorrow. I just want Eva to become more vocal and more expressive of herself, and since this is my last exam for this week, after that's done, going to start practicing more and more on getting Eva more vocal.

 

There's another thing that I noticed with Eva, whenever I feel that I'm insecure about something, let's say, having an insecurity that I might feel like I'm just using her for certain things, she either gives a tingling sensation through my spine as a "It's okay, I don't mind," or I imagine her hugging me from the back and resting on my shoulder saying I shouldn't feel worried; that she's more than glad to help me.

 

I'm glad that we're making more progress than before, and this will continue to go well no question about it. Looking forward to getting Eva more vocal and studying for my Calculus and Political Science Exam to strengthen her being able to access my memories and help pick out things I may have overlooked and ways I can solve things easier; ways WE can solve things easier.

Technically, based on the thread you made on Dreamviews that was around the 4th month of 2012, I'm assuming this was when you were in the initial stages with your tulpae.

 

My tulpa is essentially my dream guide that I've had since 2011, so if your tulpae was based from a dream guide or a thought-form from your dreams before you even knew about tulpa, it's kind of pointless to tell someone to change their tulpa's names.

 

I mean after all, it's not like my tulpa is going to meet your tulpa and be like,

 

"Oh Hi Eva!"

 

"No I'm Eva"

 

"No I am!"

 

Yeah, within the confines of our minds, don't think there should be any kind of name conflicts, but just putting that out there if you're trying to use the "first come first serve," I already had Eva's personality serve as a template long before any of us knew about tulpa.

 

It's within my dream journal on Dream Views, her whole character, everything. Every single thing I could want from her as a character and much more.

 

 

Even before I knew about tulpa, I did a few attempts at the "subconscious naming" on the DV wikis/guides and labeled my subconscious as "Eva."

So I tried getting Eva to get me into a suggestive state with hypnosis. Something felt very weird, the moment I started listening to her doing her best to talk to me, I felt very relaxed, even more relaxed than if I used my own voice.

 

I mean, I can do the hypnosis both ways, but having my tulpa do it for me is more relaxing. Too bad I slept this time instead of maintaining awareness.

 

Yesterday, I did another self-hypnosis before this as well, very late in the night, and I had a long conversation with Eva about how I reacted with people and my friends, and what I needed to focus on. I was getting somewhere, until she tried question something I didn't feel comfortable asking her opinion on.

So last night, after dealing with some personal stuff, I decided to spend the midnight doing a Vocal Script I made in my Hypnosis Script Guide in the Guides Section.

 

I've noticed lately that the more I repeat this script, the easier it is to visualize things much faster, and thus become more relaxed and tired. I find myself yawning almost all the time (which is a good thing because I'm getting relaxed faster). I'm also considering wearing these sound-muffled earphones I use for my Zune HD to block out the distractions like TV Noise, laptop humming (even though the fan doesn't work as well), etc.

 

I plan to do these sessions hopefully in the morning, afternoon, and night, combined with passive forcing from time to time. When I use the script and get to the point where one of the parts prompts me to spend 2-3 minutes to let random thoughts surge inside my mind, things go by pretty quick, and Eva is able to state them pretty well. Of course, still have to keep practicing, but I'm sure her voice will become more fluent and even louder than its minor whispers.

 

Other than that, getting her vocal is my main concern, although I should throw in some sessions for visualizing her when closing my mind. However, I'm confident that I can imagine entire form at any angle, so yeah.

 

 

As for Ada, I'm trying to work on her when Eva becomes decently vocal, I'm acknowledging Ada's presence as always along with Eva's.

Anyway, doing a certain type of exercise where I time myself in 1-minute, 5-minute, 10 minute intervals. It's my first day of practicing out the technique that I'm going to do my best in order to start using unconscious thoughts to give me imagery to type things faster to the point where it becomes nearly impossible to focus on one thing to the next.

 

The intention of this is to not only improve my ability to synch myself with unconscious thoughts, but also being able to listen to Eva and Ada's voice in the near future. So I did about an hour of 5 minute intervals, and I haven't counted how many attempts I did with the one minute intervals.

Here's the second day of my attempt with the exercises I'm using so that I can have better competence in imagining many things and being able to imagine my tulpa in situations and events where subconscious/unconscious thoughts are there to help me out.

So far, whenever I ask Eva or Ada a question, they're getting a lot better at responding to me. Of course, just their mindvoice, but it's a lot better than a few months ago where I only had maybe 1-2 moments where Eva just talked to me for at least 15 minutes or so.

 

Also, a few days ago, I asked them both a question on something as I was rambling on with things, and I heard both of their voices fused together in an auditory hallucination type of way (the type where you would hear them like any other person talking to you).

 

It was short, but wow, definitely looking forward for going for an hour session with this exercise after warming up with a few 1-minute sessions. I'm also seeing that I'm able to respond to things a lot faster now because everything has been given to me beforehand, which is why I find myself being amazed on how the information is getting a little bit more catered to whatever situation I have in mind.

 

I can literally imagine Eva in any freaking situation right now, so I'm really really really damn happy I can do that. And I can imagine myself with her as well, and the same goes for Ada. Just need to keep hammering down these exercises so that Ada and Eva can get better at exchanging their voices naturally and smoothly.

 

Will post the next exercises later on in the day, since I'll be alone for the night for quite some time, so might as well use that to just train myself as much as possible.
