Since putting pressure on a tulpa just causes your hand to pass through, is it possible to push or lift your tulpa?

Yes.

It's not hard to get a tulpa to move when you do.

They don't have a physical body, but you can delude (for lack of a better word) yourself into moving when your tulpa pushes you.

If you assume it will behave normally, it probably will.

I don't have any super special visual hallucinations going for the most part, but I guess touch is pretty good. So I do get pulled sometimes.
