Speaking of papers, you seem to be implying that there's a wealth of information regarding the mental benefits of veganism. However, I see nothing to indicate this. Searching Google with terms such as 'veganism mind' or 'veganism concentration', all I see is, as Sands already observed, a few people complaining about effects to the opposite of what you claim.

Now, it's all very well saying "try yourself" but the problem is that switching to a vegan diet is a big deal, and not something that an ordinary sceptic would try on your recommendation alone. You started the thread here, and it's your responsibility to come up with something to back it up.

If your a skeptic any not willing to test this out, cool move on to another thread. There are people who are legitimately interested in this thread. You are typical forum rat who doesn't know shit and gets off by rocking the boat. I like that people disagree with me, it's healthy for learning. However, when trolls muddy up all meaningful discussion, that's what makes by blood boil. It's not like I'm claiming that cigarettes are good for you, that would warrant opposition.

Pretty much everything tulpa related is personal experience.

Do me a favor get up look at yourself in the mirror if you don't like what you see, you might want to shut up learn something.

oowarrior, you are either seriously deluded or just trying to piss people off. Fair enough if you want to spout garbage that you think may be true, but please don't try and pass it off as fact like you're trying to do here. This isn't pleasant for anyone to read, and you're coming off as someone who is blatantly ignorant and and an annoyance.

I get that veganism or vegetarianism can be seen as the healthier option to some people. It cuts out fatty processed foods, etc.

But you are also cutting out essential vitamins and proteins that you need. You also need fat itself. By merely looking at your teeth you can see that humans are omnivores. We have incisors for tearing meat and molars for crushing plants. We are biologically prepared to eat meat and vegetables. This means it is automatically unhealthy to cut out some things that are naturally part of your diet.

As Sands said before, not all meat is processed garbage either. Locally sourced free range meat and dairy is as healthy as it can be- more so than regular meat and dairy or even meat and dairy harvested straight from the wild.

I love how vegans claim to take the holistic and natural approach by cutting out what they deem to be unhealthy which is in fact an important part of a millennia old diet.

Wow. Just when I think this was over another forum rat posts another retarded reply. Don't you have anything better to do than to troll forums? I would like to respond to all the posts but its too much garbage to sort through. All the bullshit gives me a headache. I've seen lot of ignorant people on other forums, but I gotta say this has to top the others.

I am on this site to learn about Tulpae, not to discuss diet. How diet affects concentration really interests me.

Screw all the haters, if anyone has any legit questions message me.

I don't have to back up shit.

I was the cause of a major flame war several years back which had several hundred participants, me as the leader of one side, and the other was an anonymous dickbag. I refused to give out evidence, he did. Guess who was more credible?

The moral of the story, is that you can't just say something and expect someone else to believe it for no good reason. You GIVE THEM the reason! In an argument, you have to give out sources. You didn't. End of story.

You are free to supply some in lieu of those you didn't, though.

"DUDE! That's wrong! You don't do that! That's like giving a kid a knife and telling him that it's a neck massager!"

Shameless self promotion!
