What is your preferred physical position for active sessions?

Things like sitting, lying down, back against a wall, in a chair, legs crossed or not, etc.

I prefer forcing in my bed back against a wall, because I just can't concentrate in any other position in any other place. Fatass problems.

I usually either lay down or sit down with my legs crossed.

Also in my bed with my back against the wall if it's late and I'm tired (I might fall asleep laying down).

I liked sorta sitting/lying on a beanbag chair, my back against it. I'm short enough so I can position it in a way where I can have both my ass and back of my head on it, okay? It's like this weird teardrop shaped thing. Legs resting on the floor. Also because it was summer, I'd do that in front of an opened balcony door and it was really great. Really comfortable. That was back when I didn't really have any other sitting places so uh, yeah, shut up.

. But usually I prefer to be laying down or sitting, maybe having my back propped up against something comfortable if I can.
