I have a wristband with my tulpas name on it.

As for other people, I do judge. And I always dislike other people's wearing of wristbands.

Although you REALLY need to work on that, its usually not healthy to act on our judgmental nature so critically

You do realize that your saying that is acting on your judgmental nature, right.

"If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be."

Hey-hey, calm down futaritomo. (=o=)

For me it was a wallpaper on my phone and her name on both of my hands (with black marker pen).

And also this site on speed dial - whenever i open it i remember about her. Convenient.

現実に抗え!

I puck reminders of Jackie in key spots.

For one, I normaly wear a duct tape wrist band I made myself, 2 lengths of it put sticky to sticky, with some excess hanging off the end for wrapping it on. Like the rubberband thing, it has lost some of its use, but I still wear it as a reminder.

I also do put her name and picture up in places, like my phone, desktop, and a wall in my house. Works ok I guess.

One of the major things I used to continue narration while sitting at the pc was a timer that went off every 15 minutes, to remind me to keep talking. I have been trying to get that sort of system in a portable package for some time.

Honestly, it's become more or less of a habit to try not to go more than a hour without saying something (mind voice or out loud), or imposing to Snow or Celicia. But what I used to do is have a little alarm that kind of tells me

"HEY! TULPA. NARRATE. NOW"

Or I'll put a rubberband on my wrist (inb4 wristband) or write something on the back of my hand which I constantly see when I'm writing or typing in school.

Or if you mean intense forcing, again. Have an alarm that kind of reminds you that you're forcing every 5 minutes to train yourself to keep on a train of thought. Othertimes, my tulpa is my alarm, as they remind me

"HEY. ME. NARRATE. NOW."

And then bam. Narration City. Though, once you develop the habit, you won't need anything external. You do it yourself.

I never really thought about doing anything to remind myself, it just took a lot of practice to feel her presence at all times and talk to her just as I would a friend that is constantly by my side. there are still days where she fades in and out, so i guess simply having something on your wrist/ hands would help. but really it just takes a LOT of practice

Name-Yuki

I Draw tibetan tulpa symbol on my right hand palm. Trying to not erase that and drawing again and again will work, for me.

Since I frequently check the time and my wrist watch allows me to display a small personal message on it, I just put down my tulpa's name. It's short, simple and I never miss it.

I don't really need a reminder, because every now and then I just randomly ask "what's up?" and she will respond. But I'm going to start wearing this MW3 wristband I got(it came with a sweet wallet) whenever we switch/possess when my girlfriend is around and she is going to do something similar but hasnt found what to use.
