Amped May 26, 2012 May 26, 2012 Usually about 3.5 or 4 hours a day, mostly because I'm not very confident in the work I put in.
G|d30n May 27, 2012 May 27, 2012 Say your tulpa's name (if it has one). If you are progressing, then the information you worked on should automatically pop up into your head. It's like if you have ever been in a play and you had to learn lines; as soon as your cue comes up, you automatically think of and execute your line of dialogue. It's like that. The point of this is to grind your tulpa's traits into your subconscious so you don't even have to think about it. I experienced that yesterday. I'm staying at my brother's over the weekend so I've been having to figure out times to do some forcing. Anyways, I was having a hard time focusing, since I wasn't working from the notes I'd been keeping so far, but when I entered my Wonderland, said her name and told her I was going to try and do some work with her, suddenly I was able to recall all of the traits I'd been working from so far, and do a quick run-through of what had been fleshed out in exploring them. It definitely feels like it's sticking. As for how long I spend, yesterday was only an hour because I was busier than usual, but about 3 hours a day has been my average. I once did 4, but it wore me out and gave me a headache and a bad pressure behind my eyes like I'd been watching a 3D television for hours, so I usually cap around 3 now. Progess on my tulpa, Lauren. Lauren's survey and stylometric test.
