Chupi July 11, 2013 Share July 11, 2013 If you're continually losing focus when you try to visualize, your problem is more likely focus than visualization. There are different exercises for that. Additionally, your diet and sleep schedule affect your ability to focus. You might find that soft music, tones or something else helps as well. There's also various supplements that claim to aid in focus.
