If I can practice seeing psi-balls, will That make inposition easier? is seeing psychic energy the same as seeing a tulpa?

Questions about tuppers go in Questions and Answers board. Your question would probably go in meta, though.

Not in the way you're implying. But from a less New Age magicky esoterism perspective: Yes, it's precisely the same internal visualization of something that isn't materially, and therefore perceptibly, manifest.

So, you know you can visualize. Just apply that to a far more complex figure and you're good to go.

Essentially. I practice visualization through controlling elements like fire and water and such, throwing balls of the stuff against walls or moving shadows. I do this whenever my tulpae cant come out of the wonderland because theyre in the middle of something. So, yes.

As Envolucris said, it's a similar kind of visualization: learning to see something that isn't bouncing photons into your eyeballs. Two caveats though:

1. Depending on what you consider psi balls and tulpas to be made of, it may or may not be learning to see basically the same thing. From the non-meta standpoint, both are entirely mental constructs, so yes. From the meta perspective, psi balls are energy that physically exists in some way. If you take tulpas to be advanced energy-based constructs (which seems to be the leading view), it would be the same in kind as seeing psi balls. Otherwise it's not, but still learning to see something other than photons.

2. As far as I know, most people who can see psi constructs see them as faint, sparkly and see-through. An imposed tulpa is full-color and opaque. I think the one could certainly be used as a leg-up to get to the other.

My blog :: Time expectations are bad (forcing time targets are good though)

I imagine it would, but I think it would be easier to focus on seeing your tulpa him/herself. It seems like seeing them stronger in your mind eye uninvited, hearing their mind voice uninvited, etc, the stuff building up to it, would be easier to see than trying to make yourself see a ball - right to forced hallucination (unless you mean to actually make a psi ball? hm).

My lip hurts.
