When I actually sit down to do it, it takes about fifteen minutes (if I already have a good idea of what it'll look like.) If it's pure scratch maybe 20 or 30.

Dongzilla vs Mecha Dongzilla. You'd watch it, you have to admit.

Octavia:

Blue dragon, about 5 feet long, 8 if you include the tail. Covered from head to toe with parabolic leathery blue scales, each with a small white horn extruding from the tip. Has two horns, about 7 inches each, coming from the base of the skull. These are partially covered by leathery blue "ears" shaped something like triangles with tips that end about an inch below each horn point. Use this for reference http://fc07.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2010/088/6/e/Toothless_HD_Wallpaper_by_Kiokel.png

Her right ear (on her right) has a small crescent cut out where the tip should be.

Eyes are just blue pupil and slit iris, no white. Oval shaped. Generic claws with gunmetal blue talons. Each leg bends backward at the knee, like a velociraptor. Tail is generic, with a diamond shaped spade ending.

Bottom scales are the gray color of fog.

Face is elongated, not flat.

Wings are leathery. Use this for reference: http://www.hdwallpapers.in/wallpapers/japanese_hiccup_dragon_wallpaper-1920x1200.jpg

Not that I expect you to draw it in color. I just thought detail would help.

Note that though both of the reference pictures use Toothless, overall she looks nothing like him. The only similarities are the "ears" and wings.

Hmm.

I'm going to have to break out the good paper. This will be fun.

Sorry, Avalanche. Non-humanoid takes priority.

I've been using my tulpa journal. I tried plain paper (you might have noticed on Luna) but it was irritating to carry it around, frequently got rain damaged, and is generally a bit worse for me to draw on. The graph lines in my notebook help me get proportion right.

It's not really a difference in quality, but size. I'd have trouble fitting a dragon on my journal pages.

Yeah, I figured you were using graph paper for proportioning.

Orange juice helps with concentration headaches.

Ffffffffffff I can't find the sketchbook I'm looking for.

Journal it is. I'll make it work.

I beseech the, oh Amadeus, please find it in your heart to bestow upon me a sketch of my dear tulpa.

Looks about 20yo, 5’10”, Caucasian, slightly pale skin, blonde hair, the back is tied in a short ponytail, reaches base of neck, looks messily tied and a bit frayed at the end, bangs hang forward and part slightly in center. Slim, slightly muscular frame, hint of boyishness, good posture, blue-green eyes, small nose, thin lips, strong bone structure, somewhat small breasts, respectable buttocks. Wearing a slightly baggy t-shirt, grey with a large, bordered star in the center, and a pair of navy blue shorts, cut about three inches above the knees. In an anime style, but features aren't too exaggerated.

If it's not too much trouble, could you also do one either without clothing or with only underwear for tulpaforcing purposes?

Hey bro, when I have a good description and all your requests are finished, could you draw Helix?
