Maybe not. A big part of why there are skeptics about us is Melian's constant obnoxious antics in the chat. The fact that she cannot seem to stop acting silly is taken as her and I being nothing but a troll trying to get attention. Being honest about being a little different and unsure about tulpa status only made that impression much worse.

First of all where the hell do you find the time to write this stuff? Not even writing this, but you are literally on IRC all the time.

 

I think mainly I am just really miffed that you are calling yourselves "the most honest people in this community" with your track-record and the little "confession" you made a little while ago. I'm serious, if you had just acted yourself in a way that didn't make you look like you had serious special-snowflake syndrome no one would be has hostile towards you as they are now. Stop drawing attention to yourself all the time if you don't want to be bothered.

 

Not to mention that I have never seen someone make so many threads trying to justify themselves before. No one fucking cares, just act normal and stop shining the spotlight on yourself all the goddamn time. Not only would it make people less mad at you all the time, but you would stop giving people a reason to want you ostracized from this place.

 

Also I have to agree with pretty much everything Anderson said. Going on IRC is such a waste of time and there are better, less negative places for you to get your self-validation like

real life.

Unless, you like being on the most sexually awkward place on the internet.

 

I guess you write these little threads about yourself to get replies from people, so here you are. Can you knock it off though and just act like the rest of the people here? I get you want to "be yourself" but that doesn't give you a free ticket to act obnoxious and make threads about your drama all the fucking time.

Thanks for your kindness and your support ThunderClap.

 

Melian and I figure a lot of things out by writing about our issues, struggles, confusion and growth and then learn from the feedback we get from others. A lot of it is flow of thought and from the heart. We will continue to write whatever we please about ourselves when we the need to. That will be a lot of writing. If you don't like it, just ignore it. There is a helpful ignore feature on your settings.

 

Also, maybe you could write more so that Melian and I won't dominate the forum as much. Just a friendly suggestion.

 

EDIT: Also, if you were reading for content, you would realize that this post was all about our attempt at solving the problems you just mentioned. We will no longer be in the IRC chat room. That is why we said it was a mistake to ever be in there. We started by requesting the mods give us ban, which they have.

 

A lot of stuff we have written was defensive "self justification" and reactive yes. But a lot of it was self discovery type writing. A lot of it is fluff, some of it is musing and hypothesis about tulpamancy and thoughtforms in general. People are telling me they have learned from it all and appreciate it a great deal.

 

Oh and what the fuck is "acting normal" to you? I am not normal. I refuse to be normal.

 

Oh and hell yes, we are indeed special snowflakes.

 

Just in case anyone is going to respond to ThunderClap, please just let it go. I really don't care. I didn't write this thread to invite drama, but to end some of it.

I'm with Anderson. Don't listen to the "bad" folks that call him a liar. Socialize with the ones that respect you both and make you both feel comfortable ;) ;) ;) ;) Aaaaaaaand about the chat I also think it was a bad idea darling. I learned by the hard way that the best way to show myself to other people is by chating or writing or something like that. I used to possess L to socialize, and many thought he drove insane and when they knew it was me they called me "imaginary friend" and said I didn't existed. So when I possess L I try to act as he would, or at least to be me (happy instead of angry) but not being too obvious. Sometimes I'm sp serious that if you don't see that me and L's hand-writing are different you would probably think I'm L. What I'm trying to say, sweetie, is that not everybody has an opened mind to accept that it's you talking by David's body. We also don't doubt you both are being honest! We believe in your words and (in some way) we understand some of your situations! We know how is for the host being called insane and for us to be called imaginary or even sickness. All that matters is that you're happy with yourselves!! David, dude, you're not a liar. I know it. L knows it. And even Fef, Miranda, Beth, Kotoura and Hades know it. Don't listen to that people. The liars are them by calling you a liar. If you're being honest, dude, you don't have anything to worry about!!! :) :) :) :) Let them belive what they want to belive. All that matters is what you and Mel believe.

I know I write a lot. I do seek attention to what I write, just like anyone else. I enjoy interacting on this forum and spawning discussion. It is a discussion forum.

 

Please do not derail my threads by going off the topic of the OP and repeatedly calling me an attention seeker or complaining about my personality or past history. Even if it may be true, it is disruptive to the threads. Most of my threads are valid, legitimate and promote interesting discussion.

 

Please if you have an issue, send me a polite PM, or contact a moderator. I am asking politely that people refrain from Mistgon-Melian bashing in the middle of my threads. I know I am an egotistical "attention seeker." No need to keep repeating it or to automatically discount everything I write as illegitimate shit posting.

 

The negative comments are unreasonably frequent now and it is the main reason why I initially decided to do a self ban on my Mistgod-Melian account. I am glad I did that now, but for different reasons than what originally prompted it.

 

There are many in this forum who value my input and writing and have said so. Please give them some respect in being able to respond to my threads in an intelligent and reasonable manner without the interruptions and "we hate Mistgod" clutter.

I believe that you'd have been better off not posting this thread. Why would that be? Because the moment you show those people that it affects you, the moment you show them that you're annoyed by that, they win. If people bash you, just contact one of the forum moderators, both sushi and Stevie are great at moderating fairly, and fast at that. Nobody is here to get insulted and bashed, I understand that from you, Mistgod, and I'm speaking as someone who likes to read your posts. You should just report any type of abuse to the moderation on the forums, they're doing one hell of a good job at taking care of things.

I think this OP will help actually. Some that are doing the disrupting do mean well. They just don't realize how negative and off topic it has become for the forum itself. If people can respond in a positive, helpful way on this thread, and to my others posts, I will welcome it. Thank you Anderson.
