jean-luc July 6, 2015 July 6, 2015 So uh, are we going or what? Stats is back: https://stats.jean-luc.org/ My visits to tulpa.info are chaotic. If you want me to see something, make sure to quote a post of mine or ping me @jean-luc
Quetzal the furdragon July 6, 2015 Author July 6, 2015 Sorry about that. I was kinda waiting for others to possibly join, and others to say that they wanted to start. Anyways, since I can only send a message to a maximum of 5 people, I sent the innocent message to people in 2 batches of 3, so don't think someone's not an innocent just because you don't see them on the recipient list of your message. Let the games begin!
sushi July 7, 2015 July 7, 2015 Everyone stay very quiet, and they won't know who to kill tonight. Wait, that doesn't work! They always know who kill tonight, because they can kill anyone but themselves! Perhaps the strategy hasn't worked well for me in the past, but I still believe it's best to make a fuss so that the deaths tonight mean something. So we have six people: Snivie Kiahdaj Enny jean-luc Muffin sushi I won't say that I'm innocent, because apparently only someone who's not innocent would claim that they're innocent. Instead, I'll say that I have very few suspicions about myself, but I'll be watching myself closely just the same. We have a lineup of potentially dangerous people in here. We're all dangerous for different reasons, but I think any one of us could be a deadly opponent. As always, I have consulted with my random number generator, and it tells me that Muffin is crazy and intends to kill us all. So, in the interest of our safety, I say lynch Muffin! "Some things have to be believed to be seen." - Ralph Hodgson
Kiahdaj July 7, 2015 July 7, 2015 It's always Muffin. "If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be."
Guest July 7, 2015 July 7, 2015 Oh god, this again. I really do wish that we could manage a bigger playerbase one of these days, because choosing from such a small selection is like diffusing a bomb.. Six of us, one protector dude-bro, and 3-2/2-3 on the carrier/non ratio. Yeah, this is gonna be fun. I'll withold my vote for the moment, I guess. Shui taking stabs is fun and all, but siding with him immediately this game sounds riskier than it was last time. Kiahdaj is definitely infected, though. Look at those giraffe features. Practically teeming with disease. Disgusting.
Snivie July 7, 2015 July 7, 2015 Oh, sweet, I hadn't even realized we'd started. I figure I'm fairly new, so I'm prooobably just gonna withhold my vote.
Muffin July 8, 2015 July 8, 2015 It's obviously Muffin, guys. When hasn't it been Muffin? But for now, I'll just go with the usual ##abstain Tulpas: Melody - Creation Date: October 21st, 2014 Pumpkin - Creation Date: January 2015 my mastodon - my other mastodon We're gonna try to post more often, but you know, no promises or whatever.
jean-luc July 8, 2015 July 8, 2015 I always hate abstaining because it's one more turn the bad guys (what is it this time? crazy people?), but we don't have any information. But if we do nothing, then everyone does nothing and nobody gets any information. Of course we do always get the information of who was killed, but that doesn't help without some conversations involving them beforehand.... aahharghh! F$!##abstain Stats is back: https://stats.jean-luc.org/ My visits to tulpa.info are chaotic. If you want me to see something, make sure to quote a post of mine or ping me @jean-luc
sushi July 8, 2015 July 8, 2015 Just to make it official: ##Muffin Muffin is mighty suspicious over there, all quiet and crumbly and sweet and paper-cup-wrapped. Mighty suspicious! "Some things have to be believed to be seen." - Ralph Hodgson
Quetzal the furdragon July 8, 2015 Author July 8, 2015 ....I think I'll add a couple more things to this game. So, abstain means you don't vote to kill anyone, but you can also vote to ##notkill. or something like that, I guess. The difference being, a majority of ##notkill votes can can cancel out votes to kill someone, while abstain is like...if you hadn't voted at all, that's what abstaining is, not voting. So, like, if 4 people vote to abstain and 2 people vote to kill muffin, Muffin dies. But if 4 people vote to not kill, and 2 people vote to kill Muffin, no one dies. Also, I'm thinking of revealing someone's role when they die too. Apparantly that's how it's done in most mafia games, what do you guys think?
