kat2 August 8, 2015 Author August 8, 2015 Yeah kinda wrote some shit down didn't I? Well all I wanted to say: It's (nearly) impossible to do it wrong if you're fit in the head. You always have a failsafe if it turns out horrible. Sorry for this super long post where I just didn't say anything. Yes, i get that. And thats the problem, not everyone can do it. Like not everyone can have 10ms reflex; to be a living library; to be a genious etc... Your mind can be unpredictable, and even more another independant conscience inside it (another ego, DID?). Or what ive said before... what if you are acting like a medium for x entity to feed from your energy and you even let it take shape in your head and start having enough power to manifestate in the material world... Remember that your mind its a portal between worlds (or at least i think it that way). Take a look at google, there are many interesting articles... and experiments.
Luminesce August 9, 2015 August 9, 2015 Just.. Don't.. Make a tulpa. No accidental tulpas if you don't want to have them. Just don't treat any thoughts in your mind like they're sentient or coming from something besides yourself. The old lady you mentioned sounded like she was suffering from Alzheimer's. And I have no idea what Alexandra experienced or what she was like. And I don't care. What happened to people back then is not relevant to what happens now. Our beliefs have changed and our idea of tulpas isn't remotely similar to what theirs was. If you read the dang posts in that reddit thread you keep reading, you'll realize it doesn't support your argument much at all. I don't like the reddit community. There's too much fear-based misinformation. I would not consider it a good source of healthy information on tulpas. If you're so insistent on tulpas being so dangerous, then don't make one. Tulpas almost never just appear out of nowhere already there, you have to treat something in your imagination like it's sentient for it to become sentient. I can imagine people just fine without giving them permission to be sentient. I can simulate two people having a conversation and then stop and not have made two tulpas. But if you're afraid you can't, then just don't mess with the phenomenon. Like we've said, it's not inherently dangerous unless you believe it is. And you really, really want to believe it is. Hi! I'm Lumi, host of Reisen, Tewi, Flandre and Lucilyn. Everyone deserves to love and be loved. It's human nature. My tulpas and I have a Q&A thread, which was the first (and largest) of its kind. Feel free to ask us about tulpamancy stuff there.

I dont want to make a tulpa, like i repeated many times. So if i dont want to have a tulpa but a fictional character i should be safe then. I do believe its risky because the things ive already mentioned. But its my opinion.
Dav_Edward August 10, 2015 August 10, 2015 Solaria: I don't have time to read all the posts, but thought I'd make a short reply in hopes to help. Yes, accidental or natural tulpae happen, like me. Hia. A tulpa's mind works the same as the host's for all intents and purposes. A tulpa's self image can change just like your own can. Likewise their personality changes over time from experiences just like your own. A tulpa is just like you, using the car analogy, a tupla is a mind just like you, just they're in the passenger seat. They have all the same qualities a primary mind can except they don't typically have a hand on the wheel. They can talk to you, and generally have an easier time rooting around in the back, but otherwise are no different.
