T.C. July 17, 2012 July 17, 2012 For example, I don't have perfect pitch, so can't identify note I'm hearing when listening to music. Can my tulpa give me ability to identify notes that I'm hearing? (Sorry, I'm not very good at english)
ThatOneGuy July 17, 2012 July 17, 2012 Actually, they might be able to help with that. Orange juice helps with concentration headaches.
glitchthe3rd July 17, 2012 July 17, 2012 Luna seems able to enhance my night-vision, though exactly how much of that is in my head and how much is her doing is unclear. "Science isn't about why, science is about why not?" -Cave Johnson Tulpae: Luna, Elise, Naomi My progress report
Slushie July 17, 2012 July 17, 2012 All in your head. Night vision is 0% psychological. As for notes, if you'd learned them beforehand, they could probably identify them when heard even if you couldn't. Could be an interesting experiment. Astral project on my face, brother!
Bluesleeve July 17, 2012 July 17, 2012 At the moment neither Alyx nor Pronto are better than me at identifying notes. As far as I reckon, it is possible to acquire an absolute pitch through practice, and a Tulpa can supposedly learn quicker than the "average person". So - it should be doable, I guess. Nevermore July 19, 2012 July 19, 2012 It is possible, and I think with some practice it wouldn't be too hard to run an experiment to determine if it works or not. QB2 July 19, 2012 July 19, 2012 I've noticed that quite often QB can hear or see things that I didn't immediately notice. But these things are still obviously within my range and the only reason I didn't notice them is that I wasn't paying attention. The above post does not contain facts. q2's the host, QB's the tulpa.
