The artist/model is a young college student named Victoria that I found online who has "Melian features" with her sweet cute face and long blonde hair. She adores Melian and did this as gift art just for her! I am so HAPPY!! Here is a link to the original art on DA! If anyone wants to know what Melian looks like in my mind's eye, this is a close as it gets! I am so freaking out right now and happy. I have a great reference for others now! AWESOME!
