^True, but eventually the time will come to bring this into the mainstream.

EDIT: Getting mentioned on the tulpaforcing failure thing FTW (especially since I wasn't expecting even a passing reference of any kind). The forcer who had a "misunderstanding" with his tulpa, I think that's supposed to be me.

Listening to this a second time was pretty funny, now that I know how good and bad it was so I didn't have to worry the entire time about somebody saying something stupid.

Host: Now Pleeb, what's a W.A.T.?

Pleeb: Huh? Oh, that's "what" without an H.

Host: ......oh...ahem...

This won't become mainstream in our lifetime. Very few people will want to spend the time necessary to impose a tulpa if they can partake in activities with quicker rewards, such as playing games or browsing the web. The furthest we will get is making it known to the public, who will forget about it within the month. Some group in a hundred years will be the ones to mainstream this, if even that.

It is about you and saria

I have faith that we can and will bring this into the mainstream in our lifetimes. It will take effort, but think about it this way: even a couple of years ago, the world would not have been ready, but now people seem like they would be accepting of it if it gained popularity. At the very least, we're looking at this becoming a new field of psychology if we play our cards right.

EDIT: Luna also got a passing mention for her trip to space, cool.

It won't become a new field, it'll go into one of the existing ones. If I had to make a guess, it would probably end up in the cognitive field.

If having a tulpa defies all odds and becomes mainstream, it won't mean people will start imposing them. You'll have a few people here and there with one, but more people will only pretend to have tulpa. After all, it's easier to just pretend to have one, and you still get all the attention and praise, right?

Unless we go extinct or the Earth is lost, tulpa will eventually become a thing. It won't be in our lifetimes, which is good because I don't want to have to deal with all the "tulpa's rights movements" because some people decide to impose them for sex and slavery and other people decide to riot because of it.

what's the point of that...?

I honestly think tulpae shouldn't be well known. Between hipster faggots and the fact that tulpae will never be treated fairly like humans means they'll always be subjected to maltreatment. It's the sad unfortunate truth. Have a smaller portion of the population find it is the way to go.

Praise and attention. Some people want as much of that as possible. There's also climbing the social ladder. One of two things will happen: 1) People who can't get a tulpa will bash the people who can, 2) The people who can't get a tulpa will pretend like they have one to look cooler. Both of these will happen in order to climb that ladder.

Read a bit on analytical psychology while you're at it. I have a few pdfs if you want me to send them your way.

"Oh? Yeah, I'm a tulpamancer. I have a person who lives in my head, his name's Damon and he's basically the coolest guy ever. Damon says hello. Want to ask him anything?"

"Haha, hey guys, my cute moe moe kawaii tulpa just drank a juicebox and then smiled! She's so cuuute! Don't you think she's cute? Now she's doing another cute thing! Can I get a D'awwwwww?"

"You guys are cool! I have a tulpa, see, he says hello! So I can be friends with you all now? Can I?

The above post does not contain facts.

q2's the host, QB's the tulpa.
