It seems to me that stands in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure are based off of tulpas, or at least a similar concept.

Ok, if you didn't like the last one i posted, what about Alex Rover in Nim's Island?

He is more like a soulbond, but the title of the thread did include "Tulpa-like," so I think that he qualifies.

Also, The Scribbler, in the graphic novel and movie titled "The Scribbler" could be said to be "Tulpa-like" in that

she is a personality that has receded to the background and left an alter, "Suki" to deal with the outside world. So maybe Suki is more tulpa-like, but I didn't want to write that outside the spoiler

.

Maya - Tulpa

Mara - Tulpa

So, I just watched Legend of Korra season two, and apparently the avatar has two souls in one body. Spoilers. The second soul doesn't usually get any speaking parts, so...

Anyway, korra is inspired by Buddhist stuff, so I shouldn't be surprised.

Finally, some media exposure. :p

[Tri] This could end up being really bad for all of us, you know. Many in plural communities are very very worried about the consequences this movie could have, just like Three Faces of Eve and Sybil did. Bad representation is worse than none in many ways.

Yeah, just the first line says it will likely have it be looking down on any form of multiples.
