    • An animal (Pony, daemon, etc.)
    • A Human (or humanoid)

    • Original Character (OC)
    • Fictional (including media, anime)

I'm getting ready to make my first tulpa (after work tomorrow I'll begin, too tired right now). I've decided to go with a female form that has been bouncing around in my head, but I'm gonna let her adjust it some as we go along so that she has as much say in her creation as I do (I would have loved to have had that much say in my own creation, lol). Personality-wise I'm going to orient her to be a shy, cute bookworm, one who loves learning. I've had the idea of a childhood friend like character bouncing around in my head for a while now, so I will probably try to manifest that in her as well. Reason why is I feel I will have a better grasp on her creation, so to speak.

I do intend to make a second tulpa and mix it up a bit if the first one works out well.

Me: Hey, say something for this thread!

Koharu: Yay, cupcakes!

mfw there are no cupcakes. Sentience? Yes. Brilliance? Ehh...

Does it count if your asking about your own tulpa? I did a poll asking which tulpa I should make first. Please don't lock it! Also, im making either slendy the younger slenderman, Aria the human girl, or Szokee the dragon :D

Of course, my initial idea was to make a pony OC of mine, but I decided that I'd rather not. After much deliberation in my head, I ended up with this...uh, basically a floating, dark-blue, glass-like orb. Simplistic to the point where it's ridiculous. Since Sophie's form wasn't my top priority at the time, I flew with it, and only two days later when I was imposing her, I noticed that she looked different, and I was having trouble reverting her back.

Whether it was an unconscious action on my part or was seriously the actions of a two-day-old tulpa (which I have trouble believing), Sophie currently has the form of a black sphere w/ a kind of waffle-iron pattern (with the lines being indented, not the squares) and each square has a horizontal white line on it; on top of that, she has her original dark-blue-glass-like feature coating the inner black 'sphere'.

I can pretty easily picture her in my head, but explaining what she looks like is a bitch. I honestly hope she continues to change, especially once she becomes vital (I prefer not to say 'sentient' because I feel she is from the get-go, and that she simply can't express it yet).

Creating a human tulpa seems like the best idea to me. As a human, the tulpa will be more easily relatable to me. But since the nature of the tulpa doesn't seem to be necessarily human, i suppose it all does come down to the preference of the creator (and the tulpa).

Well, I've been mulling around the idea of what form my tulpa would take if I were to make one. I finally settled on Hexadecimal from Reboot, the character has always sort of resonated with me, on top of that, the idea of a character from a show where the premise is sentient entities within a computer is kind of appropriate for a tulpa.

Once I settled on the idea, It gave me the push to begin. I start today.
