Favole July 30, 2019 July 30, 2019 My tulpa learned moving me and its been holding my hand since then. I use my hands a lot cause I play guitar in a band and for the last couple days it wont let me play. Its really a big problem for me it wont respond to any of my attempts to talk either. It would be the end of me if I cant play! I make money with this. It knows how important this is and its not anything I can talk to anyone about. I googled and found this website I would really appreciate if somebody can help me.. note: please be kind or dont answer at all i wont answer to offensive threads and please consider the possibility that its really the tulpa because i know it is ..
Jamie July 30, 2019 July 30, 2019 If this isn't just a troll thread, or maybe, even if it is: 1.) Tulpas aren't "it"s: they're just... people. They act like people. Not ghosts or demons or creepypasta monsters. Maybe we got the word from Tibetan mysticism, but the modern tulpa is not magical. 2.) That's entirely inappropriate behavior, a complete breach of trust. As host, especially with a nonverbal tulpa, you should probably... just be able to ignore and override the posession, just declare, "Nope!" and you'll be able to move fine. If you can't, that points to bigger problems, namely horrible communication and breaches of basic trust and bodily boundaries. This should not happen with tulpas, but it occasionally (not always) is the case with traumagenic systems (DID and OSDD) who have not gotten treatment or otherwise improved their communication and established healthy boundaries. If you're a troll, rude. If you're not, seek help. Or maybe give us specifics, tell us about how you found tulpamancy and how you created a tulpa. The more we know, the better advice we can give :) -J The world is far, the world is wide; the man needs someone by his side. Our Thread
Reisen July 30, 2019 July 30, 2019 A tulpa can be an it if they're a genderless creature, for example Legendary Pokemon probably shouldn't be called "he" on a personal level. Also despite the answers to some people's problems being "You're imagining it/your problem is self-inflicted", they're rarely troll posts. Anyways, I wasn't sure whether to go the "Tell your tulpa to stop because-" route, or the "A tulpa can't get stuck possessing so early on with such poor communication skills, you're imagining it/it's self-inflicted because you believe it" route - I'm thinking the latter now, though. Hi guys, plain text is just me now! We've each got our own accounts: me, Tewi, Flandre, and Lucilyn. We're Luminesce's tulpas. Here's our "Ask Thread", and here's our Progress Report (You should be able to see all of our accounts on the second page if you want)
Favole July 30, 2019 Author July 30, 2019 Im not a troll please if you wont help and just gonna say Im a troll or I should seek help or basicly just wont help basicly just dont answer Im a very kind person and it effects me more than you think when you talk to me that way please dont do this there are millions of posts you can be that way with and its genderless..
Jamie July 30, 2019 July 30, 2019 My bad, then... "It" pronouns are valid but I just just bad vibes from people who call tulpas "it." Without knowing better, it makes me think they don't have a good grasp on how tulpas are people first and foremost. But some people do go by "it." I had a writing phobia for 4 years and could not write by hand. The most important thing to know is the core Why. Okay, so your hands are being possessed when you go to play guitar. Why? When did it start? What's the first time it happened? What do you feel and think, before, during, and after you are blocked from playing guitar? It's highly personal, and I'm sure your core Why will be different from mine, but as an example, mine was that I feared that my "evil" character would show through in my handwriting. If I wrote by hand, people would judge me. I knew my handwriting is actually very nice cursive and yadda yadda, but I could not handwrite, because if anyone saw.... it would be very bad. My terrible nature would be revealed. No, it's not logical, but these things often aren't... Well, there is a logic, it's just lizard brain logic, not front-brain thinking. Being suddenly unable to do something is often (though not always) a sign that you want to drop it, are frustrated by it, are afraid of it in some way, or have some other strong emotional charge... the brain wants to prevent you from that mental stress, and so puts up a block- "nope! I won't do that!" It can be pretty upsetting. So, I guess that's where I think you should start. Gather more information about this. Try to get to the core. Best wishes. -J edit: typo The world is far, the world is wide; the man needs someone by his side. Our Thread
Ranger July 30, 2019 July 30, 2019 My tulpa learned moving me and its been holding my hand since then. Does this mean your Tulpa has total control of your hands or you feel like your Tulpa is holding on to them like a child would? Both situations are pretty different and I can't tell which is which based on what you said. What is your Tulpa doing with your hands? Are they only taking control or interfering with your control when a guitar is involved? What does it feel like to be possessed? These questions will give me a better idea of what your situation looks like. For example, if your possession experience is completely different from mine, then drawing advice from my personal experience won't help you. Note: I'm hit-or-miss activity-wise on this account. I may not respond to PMs for awhile. I'm Ranger, GrayTheCat's cobud (tulpa), and I love hippos! I also like cake and chatting about stuff. I go by Rosalin or Ronan sometimes. Favole July 30, 2019 Author July 30, 2019 I’m not frustrated but maybe too excited about it since its summer and we play more than any season in summer. My tulpa first seemed excited for me and was all cute about it. Then it started moving me and everything changed. First it made funny faces I didn’t like it but I didn’t mind that. Its not holding my hand like a child its interfering with my control when I play guitar.. For example I cant play the right note its like pushing my finger to a different random place on the guitar and wont let me reach the right note.. It feels really messed up and unfair..
Jamie July 30, 2019 July 30, 2019 This seems like intrusive thoughts. They do feel awful and they are unfair. If you accessed posession early, which it sounds like, then I can see why you might have problems. You might want to try becoming /more/ aware of where your tulpa's hands are, actually. Picture your tulpa sitting nearby in the room where you are playing guitar- but with their hands not on you. You might still get intrusive imagery or posession, at first: stablity in visualization takes practice. -J The world is far, the world is wide; the man needs someone by his side. Our Thread
Ranger July 30, 2019 July 30, 2019 I'm sorry, when I asked "what it feels like to be possessed" I should have clarified and added that I'm looking for the physical sensation. Does it feel like an alien movement or does it feel like you, only you know it's not you? I was thinking intrusive thoughts too, but usually my host doesn't have her intrusive thoughts possess her. If it is an intrusive thought, half the battle is identifying it as one. The other half is you have control over an intrusive thought once you recognize it, and you can force it to stop interfering with you. Note: I'm hit-or-miss activity-wise on this account. Favole July 30, 2019 Author July 30, 2019 Ill try visualization thank you. Oh sorry it feels like an alien movement. Its like there are strings attached to my hands and fingers and someone keeps pulling them. I also can feel my tulpa on my skin; too close to me it feels like someone is blowing air to my skin. And can you explain intrusive thoughts more please? Why would it effect my tulpa and why is it reacting this way to my thoughts? One more thing Should I try to be kind or should I be angry? I am really angry and frustrated but how should I approach? I can be calm and try to have more patience but I should force myself for it and Im not sure what I should do
