though my tulpa is not yet fully formed, and it occasionally makes me quite irked, mostly due to her constant falling behind, i would never harm Koharu, let alone murder. Though not fully sentient, I do consider her a living being, and I think we'll be good friends once she forms properly

Me: Hey, say something for this thread!

Koharu: Yay, cupcakes!

mfw there are no cupcakes. Sentience? Yes. Brilliance? Ehh...

Yes, I killed a tulpa once. And before everyone gets their panties in a bunch, it was assisted suicide, and I had no idea what a tulpa even was at the time.

My progress report

To me, a tulpa life is just as valuable as mine, or anyone else's.

When you kill someone, it's really their consciousness that you're killing; so to me, killing any consciousness is just as inexcusable as any other.

"If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be."

I guess you really need to put into perspective what it would be like to kill a tulpa. If you look at it from the most frank perspective, you're simply taking an autonomous construct in your subconscious and ceasing its function. It sounds like it should be no problem, but really, people are just autonomous constructs that have sub consciousnesses. And if you wouldn't kill a person, a mass of organs and thoughts, why would you kill a tulpa?

An abstract, all-encompassing love is still a love, nonetheless.

I would never, ever, EVER kill my Tulpae!

That's a sentient being. It's murder.

Any how could you murder such a loving being you put in this world?

I actually asked On Research what was it like for the tulpa point of view to be dissipated (die/dying).

and from the response i gotten it's both Murder and Torture.

Luke had it happen once early on.

He described it like a weird numbing of his body where he slowly became unable to feel things or move, like being disconnected with anything physical. His mind was still awake, but he could see his vision being surrounded by static--and white noise growing louder as it became all he could hear. Eventually he would feel himself losing his form into the white noise and becoming a part of the general 'noise' or static of the mind--the general nothingness.

He said it wasn't painful, but was quite horrifying. He actually described it being similar to the death via darkness in El Shaddai if you've ever played that game.

And needless to say i would never kill Oguigi. and besides within a few years, i don't think it would even be possible.

Koomer.

Koomer, do you read all my posts in Scootaloo's voice? And if you don't, could you start? I would love you forever.

the most thing i did was weapon sparring with chloe (sword and those stuff)

we literally tried to cut each other's head off in the wonderland during the spar. If someone got hit, the person vanish and the reform as good as new. Seeing my wonderland spun around when Chloe made a swift slash at my neck was... bizarre.

though, neither me nor her felt an agonizing pain. I suppose killing tulpa doesn't rely on actually harming it's form.

And no, we never tried to kill each other. Cutting heads off in wonderland doesn't count as killing, at least for me.

Chloe - That cheerful girl with ponytail.

Aigis - The male cyborg that looks like raiden in MGR.

Vixen - Half dragon female who looks like Mary in DMC3 when in human form.

I couldn't do it. Once my tulpa got going and I could feel her emotions, I could never bring myself to even consider it.

The only difference [between reality and a dream] is that what many see we call a real thing, and what only one sees we call a dream. But things that many see may have no taste or moment in them at all, and things that are shown only to one may be spears and water-spouts of truth from the very depth of truth"
