Guest Anonymous September 26, 2012 September 26, 2012 I know how to get there fast, but I don't know exactly know what to THINK in order to enter it. Please help me! Yes, I know I wrote a guide for it, but I probably shoulda added that I have no idea about what I should think while I'm entering the state. Please help me.

If anything, it's more about NOT thinking. Just visualize. "If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be."
GhostWriter September 26, 2012 September 26, 2012 It's more of a matter of relaxing, no? I'm sure you have ways of relaxing, like listening to music or something. But I don't see how consciously trying to make yourself go into a dreamlike state will see much success. To believe in certainty, we must begin by doubting. --Polish Proverb
Chupi September 26, 2012 September 26, 2012 If you mean that state where events seem to unfold instead of you imagining them, and you can explore new places without making them, just be with your tulpa. Let her guide the adventure if you like. If you mean how to get to that state, it varies by person. Personally,.I ask Lyra to relax/hypnotize me into it. SSaint September 26, 2012 September 26, 2012 I just try to imagine the place I'm in and it happens eventually. I also imagine myself descending before sessions. I just started doing it to transition into my wonderland since it felt odd if I just sat down and immediately visualized it around me, but I've heard it's useful for trancing and the like. But yeah, I just focus on what I'm sensing in whatever place I'm in. I've only once gotten a really vivid experience where things just happened on their own without me having to think about them at all, but I've had similar less vivid experiences as well. “There is not enough love and goodness in the world to permit giving any of it away to imaginary beings.” -Friedrich Nietzsche
Lolimancer September 26, 2012 September 26, 2012 I've never been able not to let things happen on their own, actually (me and Kaoru can influence stuff, but stuff also changes/appears by itself constantly). I always thought it was because i had a shitty "visualization" ability, but i guess it's actually an advantage of sorts, seeing how tulpaforcing is all about letting the subconscious access the senses. It's not any more vivid than a dream is, though - definitely dreamlike, but not luciddreamlike either.
NED September 26, 2012 September 26, 2012 I have the same problem. I can enter a dream state easily. But i lose all 'intelligence' and logic when i enter it. So instead of forcing in it, i just dream up random stuff I don't want. I am monitoring this thread.
