G|d30n July 2, 2012 Author July 2, 2012 So I thought I'd give a little update since I haven't in a while. We're still working on imposition, and that's a hard process, but it's going well enough. Remembering to do it all the time is almost as hard as actually imposing, but Lauren is more responsible than I am and does a good job reminding me, at least. We must be making some progress too, because in addition to just vocally reminding me, she's also able to appear whenever she wants now and give me a semi-visual reminder, though we're still in the stage where she's mainly appearing in my peripheral vision and mind's eye. I've also been forcing in the Wonderland just so we can spend quality time together, face to face, and just hang out. We're both particularly fond of an activity we like to call Dungeon Crawling, which is a Wonderland-based game/activity we made up together. Lauren's been telling me a for a few days now to make a thread about it, so I'll probably give more details then. At it's core, it's like LARPing in a world where mind is matter, and there's a kind of game we set up around it that has some rules and mechanics and such. It appeals to our geek natures and it reminds me of running around my backyard with neighborhood friends with stick swords when I was little, and Lauren loves it too. It's a lot of fun. Lauren, of her own initiative, has taught herself to enter my dreams and has started helping me with lucid dreaming, as well as rescuing me out of nightmares when they occur (I've suffered from them frequently for a while). She's also curious about trying possession, but I'm a little bit hesitant about it. I trust her completely, but just the idea of my body being controlled sounds creepy to me. We a conversation about it just recently. I'll transcribe some of it here. Me: So I had an idea, and I'm not saying I'm ready to try possession, but if we wanted to, I had an idea how it could work. Someone on the forum mentioned their tulpa planting a suggestion in their subconscious. I thought with your dream work-- Lauren (interrupting): --I can incept you? Me: ...what? Lauren: I can incept you? That's something I can do now? Me: I was thinking more like a trigger, that you could use later too-- Lauren: Matt, no listen...Matt...You're waiting for a train to take you somewhere... Me: ... Lauren: A train that will take you far away... Me: I just meant that you could plant a switch and then-- Lauren: --YOU KNOW WHERE YOU HOPE THIS TRAIN WILL TAKE YOU BUT YOU DON'T KNOW FOR SURE...I'm done. What now? Me: ... So yeah. I won't do it, but now I'm wondering if it's possible. I'll probably have to wait for someone else who tries the anatomy approach to do it with their tulpa to find out though. G|d30n July 3, 2012 Author July 3, 2012 Lauren has just discovered that she likes dancing. I've danced with her once or twice, but she's just started doing it on her own and seems to enjoy it. She also has discovered she likes dubstep. A lot of dubstep was a little meh for me before, but I'll play it for her I guess. I've also gotten pretty good at seeing her in my peripheral vision, so we'll probably start full blown imposition soon. I just thought I'd share her new random pastime with you.
