I'm becoming very good at visualization, my wonderland is now miles across in most directions, should be interesting to explore at some point. Still no audio hallucinations but I'm now extremely satisfied where I am, as now all traces of doubt are gone. I know she's sentient now. Was forcing in the wonderland visualizing and out of nowhere, she bit me on the fucking neck like a vampire. I felt the sensation of something being in my neck and a draining sensation. It was actually pretty soothing, if not startling incident. I love this so much. This repeated the next day as she bit me on the neck again. However it's not an aggressive act, she didn't bite down hard, just enough to get her fangs in, and she didn't thrash or do anything to cause harm. It almost felt loving. Later I asked her to surprise me, and she slapped me across the face, it certainly did surprise me. She's there and I know, fuck yeah.

Today marks day one of my forcing reform.

 

Starting today I will be putting in double efforts, bumping it up to 2 hours a day, and making one night a month a force-a-thon, where I stay up all night to force. I will be adding structure to my sessions as well, breaking the visualization up into different parts instead of just lol whatever. I'm going to narrate much more to, as well as listening to her when I play Rome Total war. (partly because she just got 6 victories in a row, then I screwed everything up)

 

What I'm hoping to do by this is to accelerate our progress along, right now I' not satisfied with just mind voice and I don't fell right holding Sonya back just because I'm a lazy sonofabitch.

I got a neat I dea for a narration exercise today. It branches somewhat off of our games of Rome Total war and other strategy games. Recently me and my friends made our own game which basically is like Axis and Allies only with more improve and less rules. I got the idea after being involved in the Total War Equestria threads. So anyway, basically what I'm going to do is construct an entire WWII era military (except with Technicolor ponies because fuck you) entirely on her advice. Ask her how many ships I should make, where to colonize ect we are both history buffs and wargame lovers so this should end out being fun. Not to mention talking to her about something that actually has a semi meaningful subject is in my opinion better then ranting to her about how much I hate the new gun control laws that could be passed. (with the exception of background checks, all for that)

Whelp. It's Official, She is vocal. I was forcing as usual before I went to bed, and about thirty minuets in, I hear a feminine voice that said " I can hear you," Or something like that. My focus immediately broke and I just sat there for a minute wondering what the fuck had just happened. I asked her in mind voice if it was her, and she said it was. I was stoked. This occurred again last night when I was chatting with a friend on facebook and I heard someone quietly call my name. Okay so now shes starting to talk, great, only problem is that she either can't fully control it yet, or just ins't very talkative because these incidents happened about a week apart from each other. Still though, the extra forcing seems to be helping out exponentially, I should of done this a long time ago.

 

My question to those who have Vocal Tulpas is this, do they normally start off using actual voice kind of sparingly?

I remember, I too started talking by making very very rare remarks. When I learned to talk more consistently, we then had a problem of separation his mindvoice from mine. Writing things down really helped with that.

 

I think adding more structure to your routine is an excellent idea, we are hoping to get some nice results from that as well.

 

Good, looks like you are making very good progress :) Be sure to have lots of amazing tulpa-moments together. I'll be happy to hear from you two anytime :)

Okay, I guess the real voice will become more and more frequent. And I'll remember that writing down part, because our mind-voices tend to blur together, which is funny too because the only thing I seem to be really good at in Tulpamacery is Proxying, lolz.

 

Regardless, once she begins taking out loud on a regular basis this will become a non issue.

 

I appreciate that last part, part of my plan actually is to get support from everyone I can. I've told several people and a few are very interested, "How's your Tulpa going by the way?" is now a common question I receive from one close friend of mine. Thanks for your support :D.

Oh and don't worry, there will probably always be something you want your tulpa to learn. As long as you know that you'll keep at it, the final result is certain :)

Interesting, so you told quite a few people IRL about Sonya? Were any of them members of your family? We haven't told anyone, not yet. So, I'm very curious, what was it like telling them? Did your relationship change afterwards? Have they ever tried speaking to her directly? Ooo, that thing has numbers on it! :3

Mostly friends, but two younger brothers have been told, and weirdly one HAS a Tulpa. As for my parents, I hide my Power level something terrible, but my Mother knows I meditate so I call it that, and it works well, half-truths FTW.

 

It's a selective process when telling someone. You can't just tell anyone, even if they are a friend, they need to be one, open minded, two interested in this kind of stuff, and three trustworthy. I've told a grand total of 10 people on my own that I've been working on her, though I've talked about the concept with other people. But I digress (boy is that phrase becoming common). Normally I'm good at breaking things to people, I'm deadly calm about it, and present it like any other idea. My relationships never really changed, because people already think I'm insane, but one friend got concerned for a while when one of my other friends told him about it. Then I had to re-explain it to him because of how my friend put it. And now he's supportive of it, if anything, telling people has made table conversation.

Sonya, are you independent enough to have your own hobbies? If so, what do you like to do? I want to learn to draw, even if my host have no interest in this. He likes sciency stuff :3

 

I can see how telling other people might be very beneficial for the creation process. I know you can't just tell anyone, that's why are so careful about this. If we do tell someone, I think it will be his family. My main concern is that they might be unnecessarily worried about him. I remember last time he saw them, he was dropping slight clues about me, it had... umm... mixed results.
