How in the hell do you adopt a tulpa?

 

Fuck it, I'm going to start on of those spirit adoption websites and sell cheap pieces of quartz that I claim have tulpa in them.

Idk, perhaps the tulpamancer just adopts their tulpa, you make a tulpa to adopt it; skip baby phase I don't damn know; just didn't want to leave anyone out.

Well, as you already know, Duke enjoys the idea of becoming a father, but he wants it to be ~real~, especially the infancy. A hallucinated daughter, beginning at an age between 6-12, with a near-perfect, phantom physicality is simply not enough for this wuss of a demon. I've tried time and again to inform him about the many pros of choosing the latter, such as custom personality, form, voice, and scent, as opposed to the cons of the former, such as diapers, screaming in the night, and unwarranted outcome of pretty much anything, which has its whole own spectrum of cons in itself.

 

Then there's also the thing Colonel seemingly has with mind and/or body sharing, but I'm not big on this area, and it doesn't matter anyway when the first condition isn't even met.

Oh boy, well, you asked for it. This is going to be stupid because Fede and Roswell both aren't going to give up what they think is right and I think they both are retarded, but here we go.

 

Roswell wants everything a child gives, both the good and the bad. He doesn't want to start at some "perfect" age as there is none, he wants to see their birth and take care of them from infancy to adulthood and beyond, until we die. After which they will still continue with their lives. He even wants those diapers and screams in the night. He wants to see them grow and learn and to become their own person with their own life, outside of this home and body. He wants to take them to school and to their hobbies, help them with their homework, cook for them when they get home, watch them bring friends with them. He doesn't want to dictate who they are or will be, he wants them to figure it out on their own as they grow.

 

Like I told you at some point Fede, this doesn't have much to do with how I see the thing and more about how he sees the thing. Whatever it is though, we are sharing a brain with Roswell. Can't really argue with that. Roswell does know how much fun a physical body brings and the ability to be a part of the real world with real people, so he wouldn't want to take that away from someone just because he wouldn't want to share. And he doesn't want to share a body with his kid. He wants a kid in another body, so they both can be a body together and do physical things. He doesn't want to be the only person in their life, as others bring much joy to it. That and apparently my mind ain't the best place for a kid and a kid in our body would be a freak of nature to everyone else.

 

And I doubt you would want us to lie to an imaginary kid about how real they are and how what they see inside our head is the reality.

 

He wants them to be able to start their own family too, and their kids to have kids and so on. He wants someone to come visit us when we are old and dying and woah hold on I don't think we're going to live to be that old, if I get a say to it.

 

tl;dr you both are fucking idiots and stop talking about kids that will never happen, no matter if they're real or imaginary. I get to decide too.

I'm kinda playing towards Sands (or Colonel... name...), if Roswell wants a child with their own body I think that's a topic that himself and Sands have a choice to talk about at their own will, regardless of alternatives.

 

But I do see one problem arising from this, won't the child eventually cop that his dad is actually just sharing a body with another dude? Or would you's be all truth with no closed hands?

A kid of his own, yeah. I guess it doesn't really matter to him how he does it, but I guess in his mind I would be the other parent and some awkward shit I dunno.

 

So it wouldn't be a secret to anyone, but this body ain't gonna be bumping genitalia under mine or Roswell's control for procreative purposes and other kind of purposes I can happily live without. And I'm sure they would let him adopt a kid without a partner. Especially when everyone else thinks he's crazy with those people in his head and all. And we sure as hell aren't going to marry someone. Don't even care what he thinks, I get to choose too.

 

He couldn't even take care of a cat, much less a kid. And I've never liked kids or had patience for them, so I don't want to go to a date with Bubba for accidentally snapping a babby neck after getting pissed off.
