Can other people see your tulpa?

I understand that tulpa exists within the mind, but I was just wondering. Because if you create a tulpa from mental energy and focus, then it would exist on the astral plane where thoughts become a reality. Supposedly that's where ghosts and things of the like exist.

 

Now since things from the astral like ghosts are sometimes seen in the regular world then it would stand to show that a tulpa could be seen by other people, possibly. I know this theory is a bit metaphysical, but I wanted to know if anyone knows of their tulpa being seen by another person, or seeing someone else's tulpa. thanks.

We have no records of any tuppers actually being seen from anyone so far and from our view it's impossible unless you use technology

The psychological answer is no because the tulpa exists in the mind only.

The common sense answer is no because if people could see them then it would be plastered all over the news by now and everybody would have one.

I don't know about the metaphysical or parapsychological answers.

I didn't think others could see them, but there may be a first for everything. Alexandra David-Neel's monk tulpa was allegedly seen by others in her camp, If i remember correctly. But then it's just a story, I cannot prove it factual or otherwise.

Might I mention that people other than myself have seen him? That’s right. There are multiple times where friends and family have seen this guy and just thought he was a random stranger. Trippy shit, man.

I'm going to speak from a parapsychological viewpoint here, and I'm probably going to go off an a tangent with this. Now, I rope all things that we don't understand about the mind into parapsych, so I consider psionic abilities to be in the same category as tulpa.

 

Now, I can't say for sure as I haven't tested it yet, but I believe that somebody with a strong enough psychic sense could see or at least 'feel' somebody else's tulpa, as well as somebody with a developed enough tulpa being seen by others without any type of psychic sense to them.

 

One of my theories is that tulpa operate on a persons belief system, meaning that if they believe something to be true, it is.

 

Of course, this would have it's limits, just because I believe I can fly doesn't make it true, but it for the most part operates like the placebo effect. Now, if somebody believes that their tulpa can be seen, it might be able to.

 

Now, on this site the majority idea is that tulpa can't be seen, but, since we are only just grasping the concept ourselves, we cannot yet fathom what tulpa can and cannot do. Several years ago, I remember tulpa being seen as monsters, or poltergeists, but now, we have pony tulpa that can help you access lost memories, put your brain into overdrive, and possess you. We don't know just what the Tibetans did, so we can only think of theories and test them.

 

I believe in the psychic thing above for a few reasons. One is that when I manipulate energy, I can feel it coursing through my body, and I get the same feeling when forcing. Another is that I taught a couple friends psionics, and one of them has a gift for seeing peoples energy. Before I told her about the tulpa, she told me that my energy changed.

 

Now, all of it can be explained with a few explanations, me being bonkers being the primary explanation, but until I do tests, I can only think that it's possible. So, the quick answer to your question is a very boring 'maybe'. I personally will be doing tests, and I would advise other people to do the same. Remember, two things.

 

One, just because we believe in the para/meta doesn't give us an excuse to blindly believe without doing any type of tests or research, and two, always remember that you could be wrong.

First we must ask ourselves if mental image projection in general is possible.

I assume there have been some studies on that somewhere.

I also assume they didn't go too well, but it would be interesting to take a look.
