Past lives

Hey a friend of mine just asked me an interesting question, that I thought should be asked here. If I could get your/your tulpa's opinion in this matter, I'd be grateful.

 

"Now I understand that the tulpa can access your subconscious memories. I have a feeling that past life memories might be stored deep down in our subconscious. It's the only way to explain how past life regression works besides just saying its all fake. So have you considered asking your tulpa to "dig deep" and see if she can find something? That would be interesting and would love to know what she has to say."

 

I plan on working on this with my tupper as well, and see if anything comes from this.

I find the idea of this EXTREMELY fascinating. Unfortunately I don't have anything to contribute right now. I have trouble trusting myself in general when it comes to things like past lives, though I know they exist. I'll be watching this thread for progress and details and if I come up with something I will let you know.

 

Weirdly but somewhat tangentially, my boyfriend (who I consider my soul met for lack of a better term), oddly shares a lot of personality similarities with my tulpa Domnopalus, even though I have 'had' or 'known' Domnopalus about 5 years prior to meeting my boyfriend. Strangely I even get their names confused in my head regularly, even though the names are not similar. When I met my boyfriend for the first time I INMEDIATELY knew he was 'the one.' We have been together now for about 3 years and have a better relationship than all our friends. I KNOW I have known him in many past lives. Perhaps I knew Domnopalus too? I don't know. Feels like it. But that begins to get a little weird---though I've always considered Dom to be more of an external consciousness than a product of my own mind. When I first 'concieved' of Dom he came to me almost whole--personality and looks both.

 

Anyway sorry for that weird offshoot. I can't wait to read what others have to say regarding OP's post!

I've always had a suspicion that I might have once lived as my ancestor that came over on the boat from Britain in the 1600s.

This is an incredibly interesting thought! At least four of my tulpae are hanging over my shoulder wondering what responses people will make here.

 

One theory I had before I discovered tulpae in the first place was that Liana, my second oldest tulpa, is actually a past life memory that personified itself and lives alongside me (makes me wonder if this is where "accidental" tulpae come from). The interesting thing is, my birthdate is the same day as the Bloody Sunday Massacre; and Liana's form is that of a Russian o_o

But how would that explain acidental tulpas based off of characters?

I drowned as a French Canadian fur trapper. I was greedy and wanted to get all my animal pelts across the river in one trip. In another life I was a Viking chieftain who embraced peace and was assassinated for my efforts to reform my warriors. In still another, I was burned alive. I try not to think too much about that one. Past lives are fascinating. But are only relevant if we use those experiences to grow in this life. In other words, we carry our challenges and the lessons we need to learn from life to life and even in the bardo. So grow now or grow later.

I have one memory that has always made me wonder, my final sight of my past life almost getting eaten by a giant dinosaur or maybe something else happened then seeing a fire behind it that blurred out my vision then remember of being born. So either I was another dinosaur or something else. that would be kind of awesome.

Do tulpae have past lives? This would imply they are given a "used" soul of some sort when created. Or are they made all-new when we create a tulpa?
