Lacquer March 18, 2013 March 18, 2013 Imagine her in your real life too. Imagine her sitting on your school desk, sitting on the ground next you, in tge crowd when you play sports, like every other but in her anime style. I'd be wary about suggesting this, as this is kind of leaning on what Imposition is.
NeonKnights March 19, 2013 March 19, 2013 I'd be wary about suggesting this, as this is kind of leaning on what Imposition is. Depends on how you go about it. I imagine my tuppers being in wonderland-esque facsimiles of my surroundings all the time, yet I've come nowhere near imposition since it's all in my mind's eye (I don't know whether to be frustrated or relieved about that, though). "You've got to believe to achieve." -Hank Hill
Talkycoder March 19, 2013 Author March 19, 2013 I haven't even attempted Imposition. Like, when I'm just walking to school or around school I can feel as if something is walking with me without actually doing anything. That or I'm being stalked.
Talkycoder March 20, 2013 Author March 20, 2013 Also, sorry to bump up an old topic. I just didn't want to create a new one. I'm having problems visualizing and I've read around the forums and I don't really get it, am I meant to imagine in that dark void when you close your eyes or just simply in my head. I can't do either of them so well and it's begging like I'm not achieving anything.
Pronas March 20, 2013 March 20, 2013 Just imagine in your head. You know when you read something like "you open the blue laced present" and you just picture it in your head? Do the same for your tulpa. And what the hell Leequoiz, those are horrifying. Just imagine something like this or whatever.
Lacquer March 20, 2013 March 20, 2013 Just imagine something like this or whatever. Careful; you'll poke your eye out with that chin, kid. Also, sorry to bump up an old topic. Talkycoder March 20, 2013 Author March 20, 2013 Faq_mans guide says to take a 'snapeshot' of a place infront of you and imagine the tulpa there? Does it matter if, I was for example to imagine it on a beach or in florida, hanging off a clift. (Basically doesn't matter.)

I think the main difference will be that it will be more difficult to imagine the scene.
Talkycoder March 20, 2013 Author March 20, 2013 I wouldn't otherwise go for a scene, I'd just go for a random location or even a blank white room what I'd find it easier to do it in but I wanted to know if this would make a difference or not?
Sands March 20, 2013 March 20, 2013 Do what you feel works the best for you. I did my early closed eyes visualizations in a blank space so I could focus on just the form of the tupper, but others find it impossible to focus and visualize if there's nothing behind them.
