Couguhl April 12, 2013 April 12, 2013 This is a quick question: Recently I was counting a group of people that I was in, and only after did I realize that I had counted myself as two people intentionally and not realized it. How does/do your tulpa(s) influence how you perceive yourself? Tulpa: Sierra Forcing since July 2012 Couguhl’s Progress Report
Tulpony April 12, 2013 April 12, 2013 Well, I find myself using "we" a lot in my head regardless of whether or not what I'm thinking about has anything to do with my tulpae. (ex. We need to go to school to meet our project team.) Also, probably not related, but I've twice tried to answer someone other than my tulpae in my head.
Koji April 12, 2013 April 12, 2013 Along with the aforementioned reasons, I've got a couple. Before tulpas, I never really took care of myself, because I didn't really care. Now, I keep myself in much better shape, mentally and physically, because I know that there are two other people inhabiting the same body. http://tulpa.info/forums/Thread-Koji-and-Catelyn-Of-Deserts-and-Snowmen
SilverRevlis April 12, 2013 April 12, 2013 I used to fuck up and do something that makes me look like an idiot and think, "God, I'm glad nobody saw that." Now, I just think, "Great, I'm going to get made fun of for that." That and using the bathroom is rather uncomfortable. Let's focus on the matter at hand, shall we?

I've used 'we' in the wrong situations as well, and gotten strange looks for it. It's kind of funny. Tulpa: Sierra Forcing since July 2012 Couguhl’s Progress Report
Flexionsensor April 18, 2013 April 18, 2013 I slipped up once and referred to myself as "we" and "us" once... I'm good at catching myself though, and continued to address myself in the plural for the rest of the conversation. Pretty sure everyone was just thinking, "it's just him being him..." I don't even have a complete tulpa and I do this... "DUDE! That's wrong! You don't do that! That's like giving a kid a knife and telling him that it's a neck massager!" Shameless self promotion!
Spice April 18, 2013 April 18, 2013 I already refer to myself in third person, so strange speaking patterns are kinda normal for me. I wonder if Spice will speak in 3rd too?not so far. Despite the name, the host bodybody is the one usually using this account. Spice was born in 2013 and Tomoe was born in 2014.
