DanielleN4 June 23, 2013 Share June 23, 2013 I’ve known about Tulpas for a while now and I have decided to create one. I want to create Kaworu from Neon Genesis Evangelion. I have some stuff written down about him: Kaworu Nagisa (Tabris) 17th Angel Silver hair and red eyes, skin white as snow, he has a slender figure. He is very mysterious and doesn’t have much of a character. Kind of naïve. He seems to smile a lot. Emits a friendly presence. Likes music, plays the piano. That is basically all I have so far. I’ve tried tulpaforcing many times. I can only do it at night when I go to bed, I really don’t have time to do it in the morning. The thing is, it’s been a while and I still haven’t seen anything at all! I concentrate a lot but nothing really happens. I also have ADD/ADHD so, I wonder if that messes with focusing since I can’t focus very well. Any help at all? (:
adfwrutcnsjxjiwieurbcn June 23, 2013 Share June 23, 2013 Well, you having ADHD will affect your progress. You need to be able to concentrate on your tulpa for long periods of time in order to get any real progress. If you take medication for your ADHD, I have no idea if that would help you make one, or if it will hinder you progress further. What I can say is, try some concentration exercises. You can find them all over the place, so just search it up. If they helped me, they should be able to help you.
ragna June 23, 2013 Share June 23, 2013 Well it was alred said. You can try meditation. It is really helpful if you want better concentration. Will clear your mind almost perfectly, and then start forcing. Tulpa Name: Jack. Form : Fox Furry ( my avatar ). Age : 16 Birthday : November 6th. Working on : Vysualization, Naration, Wonderland _____________________________________________________ Im sorry for my Engish, It's not perfect, but at least I try. Linkzelda June 23, 2013 Share June 23, 2013 Yeah, the people above are right, you will ultimately have to experiment with with concentration exercises, but also finding ones that cater to the type of condition you have. Zer0.iNSaNiTY June 23, 2013 Share June 23, 2013 Ugh, dude, I can't concentrate worth crap either. Not officially diagnosed with it, but pretty goddamn close (borderline for it in like, 2nd grade when a physician or someone was testing, I'm sure I actually have it now, but my parent's don't really see a point in going to go get me tested). What I did was rely more on passive forcing throughout the day rather than sitting for ten minutes trying -and failing- to focus on my tulpa. When you passive force you don't really have to concentrate or focus as much as you do when active forcing, just try to remember and keep your tulpa at the back of your mind and talk to it when you have time and/or remember.
