After a bit of research, I decided to create a tulpa.

Anyways, I'm barely started and I'm very paranoid that I'm doing something wrong. So far I've been visualizing in my mind what she'll look like. I'm trying to make her look like Yuki Nagato. I know tulpas based off of fictional characters are somewhat frowned upon. (Don't kill me please..) I'll let her choose her own personality traits, because I don't want to force her into being something she's not.

Anyways, am I doing something wrong? :c

If I am, please don't shit on me, I'm new to this..

Name: Nyanki

Progress: Able to hear and see him.

Lurk more, read guides, use the search function.

Doubt is going to get in your way, so ditch it.

There's a variety of different methods, if visualizing her form is what is coming to you first, then you're not doing anything wrong.

Be patient and good luck! :)

Have you hugged your tulpa today?

Sorry, I couldn't help myself after reading the title.

aklsdjal Nagato-san's so cute >w< There's nothing wrong with using that form at all, just know she may deviate a bit ^^ Also, as long as you make sure she's not the actual character and she just looks like her, everything will be a-okai ^^

Just keep imagining your tulpa as often as possible. The more you think of your tulpa and the longer you let your mind dwell upon your tulpa, the more developed your tulpa becomes.

When you begin finding deviations which you do not want, just find ways to creatively jump your tulpa back onto the rails.

Do your best to force for as long as possible. Many have forced for hundred of hours before solidifying their tulpa. Good luck and happy forcing.
